Gostei muito, recomendo
Pros:

Lugar bonito e bem conservado , gostei também de ter uma geladeira para cada 2 quartos. Cozinha bem equipada e limpa.

Cons:

Não gostei do travesseiro, quarto muito pequeno e uma pena que choveu sem parar todos os dias.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft wird von Renato mit viel Liebe zum Detail geführt und gepflegt! Wir waren begeistert von der schönen Außenanlage mit Pool, Garten und großer Gemeinschaftsküche!

Pros:

Renato and Lilian are very friendly, responsive and helpful. I stayed for 2 weeks and used all the areas and they are all great. I went in summer and also got to use the pool.
I also liked the silence of the area. Itamambuca is very quiet.

Cons:

Rooms could feel a little bit tiny but the rest of the place compensates this.

Emplacement exceptionnel - parties communes
Pros:

Cadre exceptionnel ! Emplacement idéal !
Parties communes superbes : jardin et piscine !
Renato est adorable.
Mise a disposition de chaises de plage et de parasol.
Cuisine partagée ouverte sur la jardin, très bien équipée !
Hamac devant la chambre.

Cons:

Chambre un peu sommaire - manque une armoire ou penderie.
Absence de savon / shampoing.

Promiscuité avec les voisins - en effet les fenêtres ne sont pas vitrées (seulement une moitié) on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres mitoyennes.
Si vous avez des enfants en bas âge qui se réveillent en pleine nuit par exemple, je déconseille vivement ce logement.

Nous avons eu longue coupure de courant (1 journée + 1 nuit) due aux intempéries malheureusement, nous n’avons eu aucune solution de replis, batterie externes, transformateurs, ou même bougies. Nous avons perdu nos provisions au frigo, impossible de charger nos téléphones, consommation de toute notre data (wifi inopérant). Ils ne sont pas responsables bien entendu mais nous n’avons reçu aucune information durant notre séjour (ni solution), sauf au moment du départ.

Superou nossas expectativas!
Pros:

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos. Recomendo muito. Lugar lindo, tranquilo, seguro. Quarto, banheiro e área de refeições super limpos. Cozinha comunitária muito bem equipada e organizada. Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza!

Cons:

Acho que faltou apenas ter mais cabideiros para pendurar roupas/ toalhas no quarto família.

Foi acima das expectativas
Pros:

Ficamos hospedados apenas uma noite e gostamos tanto que estamos retornando no próximo feriado. O local é lindo, organizado e super limpo! Banheiro novinho e cama confortável. O banho excelente também! Estão de parabéns!

Pros:

Ótima localização para quem quer ter uma praia próxima. A praia de Itamambuca é ótima! Local silencioso, a cerca de 10min a pé de uma zona com restauração. O local da hospedagem também é muito agradável, com um espaço verde perto de uma piscina e ainda uma zona de refeições. Silencioso durante a noite.

Cons:

Dificuldade de acessos para Uber ou táxis, pelo facto de ser uma zona fora de Ubatuba (inflaciona o preço pois os condutores têm que sair de Ubatuba para fazer o serviço) e depois porque em termos de rede e conectividade a internet nem sempre funciona.

Lugar agradável e bem localizado
Pros:

Bem confortável, muito próximo tanto do centrinho de Ubatuba quanto da praia. A cozinha era bem equipada e um ambiente bem confortável. Check-in muito fácil e cada quarto possui cadeiras e guarda-sóis pra levar pra praia
