A proximidade com o aeroporto e localização em um bairro seguro são pontos positivos a serem considerados. O anfitrião, Pedro, é bastante atencioso com seus hóspedes e com o café da manhã, que cumpre sua função e é um diferencial. A hospedagem está localizada em um condomínio (não é hotel, nem pousada ou hostel) e é bastante pertinente para quem pretende pernoitar, pois se trata de um quarto, e não do espaço inteiro.

Cons:

A cama do quarto cumpre seu papel, mas não foi a mais confortável das hospedagens em que já estive. Como se trata de hospedagem apenas para pernoite e com um ótimo custo-benefício, ainda assim a cama cumpre seu papel.
