Piso bien situado, mal ventilado.
Pros:

El piso está muy bien situado, se puede ir andando a todas partes y también hay transporte publico muy cerca. El anfitrión es amable, incluso nos ha dejado una tarjeta de bonotransporte para el fin de semana.

Cons:

Lo único limpio son las sábanas. El equipamiento es muy mejorable. La bañera no tiene cortina ni mampara. El mobiliario está muy deteriorado. Hay una falta de ventilación muy importante en el piso y un olor que nos ha acompañado hasta la vuelta.

Expensive and not as described
Cons:

This place was nothing like we expected and not as the person described it here. The host lived right next to our room and also used the kitchen. There was no terrace at all. I have pictures of the place. The toilet had no door, it was basically right next to the room where you sleep. You cannot lock the room when you leave. there is no key for it. It’s very expensive for Bilbao. We ended up checking into another place for our last days in Bilbao, which was great it was in the city center and we paid €60 per night for two people. I really don’t understand how people can experience this place and still give it 8 star review
