Tutto perfetto. Come tutto il Vietnam. Con ottima colazione + servizio lavanderia + bar in camera a consumo. Su un'isola cittadina a metà strada (10 minuti fra il centro turistico e l'imbarco per isole Cham. Nulla di meglio da chiedere

Pros:

Homestay ở khá xa phố cổ nên vắng vẻ, toilet đầy đủ xà phòng, nước chảy mạnh, phòng có cả quạt và máy lạnh, tivi.

Cons:

Mình book phòng có 2 giường gần nhau, homestay đã hết phòng này mà không xóa trên booking, thay vào đó là 2 phòng thông nhau mỗi phòng 1 giường và dùng chung toilet, mình thấy khá bất tiện và chủ nhà chỉ nói "mong thông cảm", hix. Bữa sáng khá đơn giản, pha phở gói thêm 3 lát thịt bò bên trên. Không có nước uống free trong phòng và cà phê buổi sáng được tính tiền riêng. Giường nhún mềm quá.

Estadia ótima e calma.
Pros:

A estadia foi ótima, o quarto era bom com cama confortável, banheiro privativo e frigobar. O dono era um querido sempre nos perguntava como estávamos e estava pronto para ajudar, fazia a limpeza na semana, também dava para lavar roupas (ele até dobrou as nossas para nos entregar, muito fofo). O café da manhã era de acordo com o que pedíamos. Tinha uma cozinha compartilhada que dava para cozinhar. Alugamos moto com ele para facilitar a visita a cidade, mas ele também disponibiliza bicicletas de graça. O bairro é tranquilo. Foi uma boa semana!

Cons:

Tinha um casal que aparentemente morava na casa no quarto ao lado da cozinha compartilhada coms os hospedes, eles não era muito educados e um pouco incovenientes. Nada que estragasse a estadia, mas parecia que eles não os queriam ali...

Чистый дом, расположение в семье.
Все продумано, есть возможность сушить белье и полотенца под крышей.
Красивая и ухоженная территория

Cons:

Было небольшое недопонимание с хозяином на счет кухни и зарядки электробайка, но в конце оно разрешилось.
Нет чайника, но по просьбе приносят термос с горячей водой

В принципе за эти деньги нормальное жилье, чуть в отдалении от туристического центра.
Pros:

Соотношение цена-качество. За эту цену нормальное жильё.
Бесплатные велосипеды, правда очень старые.
Предложили арендовать байк, тоже еле работал, но мы с ним нашли общий язык и даже съездили в My Son на нём (1 час 15 мин). Аренда байка 150k/1 день

Cons:

Находили несколько черных волос на кровати, в ванной и в холодильнике. Сильно это не испортило впечатление, так как цена была дешевой. Отнеслись с пониманием.

Pros:

Ideal homestay with a lovely friendly family. Great breakfast served in the garden each morning. Room was clean and spacious with air con, fan and large fridge. Big bathroom with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The host Hum, was always on hand with a smile and helped us arrange transport to the airport. Location was perfect, close enough to get into Hoi An old town on a scooter within 5 minutes but far enough out to be quiet. Would not hesitate to stay with Hum and his family again 😊

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. Although they are a bit away from the main activities, it’s very quiet with fresh air. The hosts are very welcoming and kind, and for such a low price, breakfast is even included. The place near the koi pond is especially lovely. A big bonus is the free bicycle rental.

Tolles zimmer mit Balkon, da ließ es sich auch bei Regen aushalten.meine Wäsche wurde gewaschen. Ein kleines Wahlfrühstück und obst gabs. Und Fahrräder.
