Valid phone number and a complete mailing address is required, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled immediately.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. The agreement must be sent within 48 hours after the booking was made. Minimum age requirement for primary guest must be met for rental of multiple rooms or full house rental as stated in the rental agreement.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional charge of $160.00 for the three Bedroom Vacation, and $175.00 for the four Bedroom Vacation payable upon booking.
Cleaning Fee of $175.00 is required with any 3 or 4 bedroom reservation. This will be added to your bill and paid directly at the property including the tax of 13%Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

No control over thermastat.
By far my worst experience after 10 years of booking through Booking.com. The owner wasn't there that day. An hour after checking with her assistant, we received a phone call from the owner asking us to leave because we had our child with us. We had to leave within 10 minutes or she would call the police (she wouldn't give us time to find a solution with Booking.com). A little later, two people came to the apartment to pressure us to leave asap, constantly threatening to call the police and treating us like criminals in front of our child. I made the mistake of booking with the filter “2 adults without children” so I wouldn't have to book two rooms (as most establishments require extra room on the website when you add 1 child). I can admit to this mistake, but the way we were treated that evening was despicable. I hadn't planned to organize a huge party with 20 people in the apartment, I wasn't trashing the place, we had just booked for one night, without breakfast, with our young child sleeping in our room. I didn't try to hide my child, nothing was on purpose. We found ourselves in our car, with no plan, in the evening with our child, trying to find a suitable Plan B in a hurry. The owners' reaction was totally unacceptable, and on top of that, an assistant stood at the window to make sure we left the premises. Just pathetic and shocking.
Location was good, quiet, bed was very comfortable, price was good.
It was freezing downstairs in the bedroom, required 2 extra blankets which one was stained and the other had a giant used bandaid stuck to it (the one in the closet). There should’ve been a door before going downstairs/at the bottom of the stairs to make the basement “suite” more exclusive/private. It would also make it less awkward having to worry about exiting the bathroom after a shower and potentially having someone have a direct view from the main door.
The house was like home! All the amenities! Fabulous and basic needs stocked! Our host Carol was lovely and greeted us upon arrival! She made sure we were comfortable with the home. It was convenient to get around !!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and it had everything you need for a stay and more! One of the best places I have stayed so far as of comfort and making you feel like home away from home!
Carol's place is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and spices. We enjoyed the entire basement area which included a large ensuite and separate bedroom with a king-size bed. The common area upstairs was very comfortable. We highly recommend Carol's Hammer Hauses.
Very spacious, clean and fully equipped.
Great to have Keurig pods and milk for breakfast. Having slippers,blow dryer, and shampoo was appreciated. Lock on bedroom door and front door was a key pad. Parking in driveway. Use of full kitchen if needed.
Room waz a bit cool but probably cause door was closed.
I would highly recommend this property. It was a real home from home. All the details from robes to tea bags were thought of. It was supremely comfortable, warm and an overall great place to stay.
