Hostess was very kind and let me bring the electric kettle to my room so I wouldn't disturb other guests in the house.
The door to our room was difficult to lock. Since we shared the bathroom, a mirror in the bedroom would have been nice.
The owner was incredibly helpful and made my trip so much easier. She guided me on how to get to my destination and went above and beyond to make sure I arrived safely, even after my travel plans were disrupted. I truly appreciate her kindness and support.
I would rate the property 98%. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely return again. Towels were very clean.
The only reason I didn’t give it 100% is because part of the window in the room I stayed in wasn’t cleaned.
I wouldn't even go inside. I want a refund. It was advertised as a hotel and was an overloaded house. It was so sketchy I didn't even feel safe leaving my vehicle. I slept in my vehicle in a walmart parking lot.
That you lead people to believe it's a hotel. You could be honest in your post that it's a sketchy house you might get murdered at and then I wouldn't have wasted my money.

This place offered all we needed for our 3 night stay in Kingston. It was close to a bus stop and within walking distance to a supermarket.
The kitchen was well equipped and the room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shared bathroom was nice, too, I think we only had to share it for one night out of 3.
Good wifi
We met our lovely host and some of the long term residents which were all very friendly and welcoming.
There was no doona cover, only a flat sheet.
Location was great for where we needed to be. Getting in and out was easy, security good. Bed very comfy. Nice to have a fridge in the room.
We were surprised we had to share a bathroom with other rooms. Doors and floor trims were unfinished. Closet door just randomly sitting unattached in a "closet". Seemed a little wierd the way rooms are set up and felt like we were in a boarding house and not any private area to spend other than in our room. Some people were there for overnight, some for a week or two and others for months according to one party we talked to.
The house is well maintained, and its owner is very friendly. I have been a returning customer many many times. With the standard of a guesthouse, nothing to complain about at all.

Le lit faut le changer, on tombe presque si on tourne sur le coté la nuit
Nous avions des serviettes de sdb pour une personne alors que nous étions deux. Pas de kleenex, fin de rouleau de papier toilette sans recharge. Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire comme mentionné sauf dans la cuisine qui semble communautaire mais aucune information claire à ce sujet. Les gens parlent fort dans la cuisine à côté de chambre tard le soir (22h00+). C'est une maison régulière alors c'est comme si nous sommes en colocation dans la maison. On entend ce qui ce passe dans la maison. Lorsque la porte avant ouvre, celle de la chambre bouge dans son cadrage donc nous réveille en sursaut car on a l'impression que quelqu'un entre dans notre chambre. Séjour limite acceptable. Personne ne nous accueille à l'arrivée.
