Extremely well impressed - would stay again!
Pros:

Excellent stay! Property outside of Liverpool City centre but very well connected, with plenty of buses to town from either end of Green Lane. Comfortable, spacious room Impressed with how CLEAN! my room was, bathroom speckless, linen clean and smelled fresh, fridge, microwave kettle and accessories perfectly clean. Owner friendly, helpful with instructions on how to move around. Highly recommend!!

Cons:

As mentioned, property a bit removed from city centre, but still well connected and Liverpool is easy to move in!

Dirty place
Pros:

Nothing, I didn’t even stay there . The house is very dirty and stinks, couldn’t stay , had to book another place to stay.Tried to raise a complaint with the agent I am still waiting for their response

Cons:

The place is unhygienic, it was a waste of money. You can’t expect someone to live in such a dirty house. There was a man who was behaving very weird, felt unsafe. Had to leave the place straight away couldn’t sleep there. Informed the owner and he wasn’t bothered

Not worth the money
Pros:

It was close to Anfield as we were going to the football.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Facilities were not like images showed online.

Didn’t end up staying there as the staff were so rude but it worked out for the best as I wouldn’t have felt safe there
Pros:

Missed 3pm check in by 7 minutes I’d rang and messaged to explain the situation so they cancelled my booking and left us with no where to stay

Cons:

Rude unpleasant unhelpful staff, can only comment on the outside of the property as we weren’t allowed in but looked tired and dated

Would strongly recommend
Pros:

Great location, fridge kettle and microwave in room, landlord very responsive

Cons:

The lock to the front door was a bit fiddly but the landlord showed us how to get it to work - worked fine after that but people may struggle in the dark
