Room and facilities were good for the money
The lack of care from the owner.
I was left outside the property for 45 minutes as I was struggling to unlock the front door.
The owner just told me “sorry I’m not there then turned up 45 mins later without telling me
The lack of a car park despite the advert saying it had one (I was forced to park on the side of a busy street)
Reggeli nem volt a szálláson, de a közelben az Olivia's reggeliző fantasztikus angol reggelit prezentált. Ugyan közös fürdő/toalet volt a szinten (2 szoba), de az fantasztikusan tiszta volt! A szobában volt hűtő, vízforraló. A centrumból 25 perc a busz, s több járattal is el lehet jutni. A Liverpool stadion 40 perces sétával egyszerű módon elérhető. Meccs után a tömeg miatt távolabbi szállásra csak nehezen juthatsz el tömegközlekedéssel. 5-10 perces távolságban vannak boltok is késő estig.
A bejárati kulcs nehezen volt használható, a szállás melletti út hangos volt.

No staff to welcome us. I think we was in someone's house without realising. Carpets were stained and dirty and I felt the bed wasn't clean plough the bedding was.

Clean room with a great bathroom. Facilities in the room excellant. Quiet view overlooking rear courtyard. Supermarket and various shops in easy walking distance. Bus routes in and out of Liverpool nearby. Owner communicated well with me. Would stay here again.

Neighbourhood not so friendly but I just went to town so just passed from the neighbourhood
Excellent stay! Property outside of Liverpool City centre but very well connected, with plenty of buses to town from either end of Green Lane. Comfortable, spacious room Impressed with how CLEAN! my room was, bathroom speckless, linen clean and smelled fresh, fridge, microwave kettle and accessories perfectly clean. Owner friendly, helpful with instructions on how to move around. Highly recommend!!
As mentioned, property a bit removed from city centre, but still well connected and Liverpool is easy to move in!
Nothing, I didn’t even stay there . The house is very dirty and stinks, couldn’t stay , had to book another place to stay.Tried to raise a complaint with the agent I am still waiting for their response
The place is unhygienic, it was a waste of money. You can’t expect someone to live in such a dirty house. There was a man who was behaving very weird, felt unsafe. Had to leave the place straight away couldn’t sleep there. Informed the owner and he wasn’t bothered
It was close to Anfield as we were going to the football.
Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Facilities were not like images showed online.
