Pros:

Lusa was lovely very friendly. Disappointed no breakfast available, had to go up the road to Wetherspoons.
Also parking when we arrived was in a cul de sac & we had to wait fr for a space..
However everything else was really nice clean & 👌

Comfortable and clean, with lovely hosts. We would stay again!
Pros:

Beautiful clean and comfortable room in the attic, loads of space and a fabulous spacious and modern bathroom. Very comfy bed. Nice kettle for a coffee, everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. Lisa and Ray were super nice and welcoming and helpful, inviting me to work down in their nice cool dining room during the heatwave. The roof terrace was also nice for an evening drink and relax.

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe a little fridge in the room would have been handy but Lisa was very kind and offered the use of their own fridge

Clean spacious room with welcoming host
Pros:

Welcoming host, large clean room, on street parking. Convenient location for visiting town whilst being tucked away from the noise of the city. We would stay here again when in the area.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

We had a great room underneath the roof (grey room) with bathroom directly build into that room.
The hosts are uncomplicated and really nice - they gave some recommendations and provided everything we needed.

As we went by car the location was perfect to explore Cornwall and there were free parking options in the near neighbourhood. If you want to go to the town, there are also many bus options available.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fine :)

Pros:

Nice room and bathroom the view was good. Distance to Plymouth Argyll ground for festival. We had breakfast in Wetherspoons near by

Cons:

Bed was bouncy and we were on the top floor so hit my head in bed. The kettle was very loud

Fabulous room, fabulous hosts
Pros:

Easy to find. Free on road parking. Beautiful house, beautiful room. Fab en-suite bathroom. Tea and Coffee making facilities, plus iron and ironing board!

Cons:

Busy road so difficult to cross sometimes, especially with bags. But no bother.

Comodità e Gentilezza.
Pros:

Proprietari davvero gentili e cordiali. La struttura è davvero molto bella, comoda e pulita. Il parcheggio in strada gratuito, cosa che in Inghilterra comincia ad essere davvero difficile. Un po' lontano dal centro. Ma è un buon compromesso.
