A very clean property with goo
Pros:

Very clean. Use of shared kitchen. Good comms from owner. Easy late arrival arrangements. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The property really needs some profit investing back into it to improve the state of furniture and decorative condition. The shared bathroom hasn't been touched since the early 80s. The shower is non-functional, being either scolding hot or freezing cold.

I was in the loft room. The heat was intense. I messaged the contact asking if there was a fan available but received no answer which is disappointing.
