Location is great and I live round the corner.
I rented the property for my friend who was visiting London.
The description of the accommodation is a complete lie! It’s a scam!
The host sold to me something that wasn’t even there! So am sure in the UK you are in right to have a full refund for something that was sold to you by deception and misinformation!
The pictures of the room are genuine but the rest is exaggerated and misleading in order to sell the room. Making it look better than it actually is!
It is a home stay indeed but there’s not only fully employed couple but a couple with the kid! Screaming at 7am or you can hear him anytime you are there.
I wasn’t aware that there are kids! It is deliberately missed in the description. Also, there is no private bathroom available for guests!!!
There’s a private toilet but the bathroom you share with the whole family! And if you are in the rush to go out on Friday night you need to wait until the kid has had his bath at 6pm !
I wasn’t aware of that and so annoyed there was a kid! I wasn’t expecting that!
Also, the host has emailed me few weeks before my check in and requested me to cancel my reservation claiming he will have some building work!
I didn’t want to cancel, neither did he but in the space of 2h he decided that he won’t have the work done until August!
I emailed customer service to intervene as I found that odd and the host gaslit everyone that the building work won’t carry on and he can honour my reservation! However, on the day when I turned up at 7pm for check in, which he was informed a day in advance, he put me on the spot and has asked me to leave the room by 10am the next day for the estate agent to take photoshoot of the room!
I was annoyed as we were in the middle of the breakfast and we had to leave!
I paid for 24h access yet I didn’t get that!
I asked for the 50% refund after but the host refused it but honestly I should get a full refund as he sold to me something that not only wasn’t there but what was there wasn’t even available for me when I needed!

Super Location, 4 minute walk from Putney Bridge Station. River Thames is a 100m walk. You are located on the main high street with all shops for Food etc.
Hosts are very friendly and will meet you at checkin.
You will be staying with a Host Family in there home, this is located on the third floor via stairs and will have a privateToilet with a hand basin right next to your room, main bathroom is up another flight of stairs and this is shared with the Host Family.
Hot water was plentiful.
Your room is of a very good size with a comfortable Bed, Microwave, Kettle and a Fridge are in your room if you need them.
We had no issues at all with our stay and plan to stay again soon.
Please bare in mind you are not staying at a Travel lodge or a Hotel and you will hear some Family activity.
Cambridge won the Mens Boat Race when really Oxford should of 🤫😀

Stanza spaziosa, con tutto il necessario. L’host è stato gentilissimo con noi e disponibile. La doccia è condivisa solo con loro e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di necessità in contemporanea.
Lavandino molto piccolo ma per la media a Londra almeno hai un lavandino e wc a tuo uso esclusivo.
