Cons:

La ducha estaba rota y el cuarto de baño se inundaba, un solo espejo para las 4 habitaciones que compartíamos, la caldera estaba rota y estuvimos durmiendo con mucho frío todas las noches a lo que se le añade que el apartamento no está bien aislado y entra aún más frío, las sábanas tenían manchas y el agua de la ducha tenía un olor extraño.

• Расположение и окружение: Днем локация приемлемая, но ночью находиться там небезопасно. По соседству живут бездомные и идет стройка, из-за чего вокруг стоят неприятные запахи.
• Состояние комнаты: Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют реальности. Из плюсов — номер нормального размера и наличие лифта. Однако в окне установлено всего одно стекло вместо трех, из-за чего в помещении гуляет сумасшедший сквозняк.
• Удобства и общие зоны: Наличие общей кухни. На все комнаты приходится всего 2 туалета и 1 душ, чего явно недостаточно.
• Мебель: Диван находится в относительно сносном состоянии, но вся остальная мебель — «печальная» (старая или сломанная).

​I strongly advise against booking this place. It was a terrible experience and completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The apartment is very old and has an unbearable smell. The rooms were covered in dust, the sofa legs were broken, and the blankets and pillows were old and smelled bad.
​The bathroom was dirty, the shower door was missing, and the remaining door wouldn't close properly. Kitchen equipment was also old and poorly maintained. On top of that, the location is far from the city center, and the host was very slow to reply to our messages.
​It is absolutely not worth the money. If you add just a tiny bit more to your budget, you can find a clean, comfortable apartment near the center. Save yourself the trouble, pay a bit extra, and stay somewhere else!

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The location was AMAZING. Right in the heart of Budapest and basically in the middle of everything, so it was super convenient for getting around and exploring.

You definitely get what you pay for here. You’re basically paying for a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to use, so if you’re a traveler who just needs somewhere to crash at the end of the day, it does the job. The access instructions were also really clear and were sent to my email, so getting in was easy.

Cons:

The biggest downside is the building itself. It definitely looks sketchy - kind of abandoned and rundown, and it’s completely dark at night. That being said, we didn’t actually encounter any issues or anything unsafe but it just looked questionable.

We stayed in Room #2, and unfortunately there was no A/C or even a fan, so the room got REALLY hot. We opened the windows, but it still wasn’t enough. The beds also weren’t very comfortable.

Overall, I’d say this place is best for budget travelers who literally just need a place to sleep and shower while spending most of their time out exploring. The location is hard to beat, but don’t expect anything fancy
