Kevin est un super hôte et vue imprenable sur les rizières
Pros:

Kevin a été super et d'une très grande gentillesse. La chambre vue sur la rizière était basique mais ok. La vue sur les rizières pour le petit-déjeuner n'a pas de prix.
Même si la guesthouse est un peu excentrée, il y a tout à proximité : épicerie, laundry et rooftop très sympathique à quelques mètres.
Location de scooter très facile.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche.
Le petit-déj n'est pas inclu dans le prix.

Attenzione: l'host fa regolarmente OVERBOOKING

Posizione molto bella sulle risaie

Cons:

OVERBOOKING: abbiamo prenotato 2 camere 3 mesi prima. Quando siamo arrivati e le nostre camere non erano disponibili in quanto già occupate da altre persone. Altre due ragazze erano lì con lo stesso problema. Chi gestisce questo homestay affitta più camere di quelle disponibili usando diverse piattaforme. La seconda sera siamo tornati, sperando di trovare le nostre camere e non erano ancora disponibili. Voto ZERO

Pros:

Amazing stay at Singki homestay. The views are beautiful overlooking the rice fields. Kevin was amazing chef with the best breakfast... Still thinking of the pancakes he makes and the quantity of fresh fruits we were getting. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

No hot water but this has been a common theme around all of Sulawesi.

Good typical and basic guesthouse to stay with nice people
Pros:

Kevin and Marvin made best efforts for arranging our pleasant stay and visits around, as well as pick-up from Makassar. Fresh fruits and fresh juices at breakfast were diverse, good quality and big portions. View on rice fields is nice provided you are on the terrace.
Room is clean.

Cons:

It would be more convenient if we could have dinner at guesthouse, but not a big deal as we can walk to city center (max 30 min walk).
Be aware that there is no proper shower (bucket to collect water) nor warm water but it is really manageable ; we could clearly hear other guests arriving during night, but for both aspects, typical from this kind of guesthouse.

Perfect base to explore Tana Toraja. Surprisingly social too!
Pros:

Lovely quiet stay a little outside the main part of town but very walkable, I didn’t even need to rent a scooter. Kevin is so sweet and thoughtful and quick to offer coffee or help if you need it :) he booked my onward bus ticket for me then helped me change the date, and brought me to the station and waited until the bus departed. Lovely view of the rice fields and quiet at night

Cons:

All good! Although my room (twin) faced the east and got quite hot in the mornings. At least it encouraged me to get out of bed, haha

Like home!
Pros:

Kevin is probably the best host we ever met! He welcomed us with a big smile and made sure we felt like home instantly. Great location, great breakfast and nice beds! Although the surroundings are quite noisy due to animals around the homestay, it really does not make the experience less worth it. We recommend to stay here for 100% !

Pros:

I red a lot od good opinions about this place. That’s why I decided to pay much more than in other homestays in Rantepao and stay in Singki. Don’t follow my decision. This is simple house, simple room for too much money. You can easily find much better place for more friendly price.

Everything was inadequate to the price.

Pros:

Super hôte accueillant et aux petits soins avec ses clients ! Les chambres sont bien équipées avec un ventilateur, le lit est confortable, une multiprise est mise à disposition dans la chambre. La vue depuis la terrasse est très apaisante : une magnifique vue sur les rizières. Si vous choisissez de prendre le petit déjeuner ; il est très bon avec des fruits, pancakes et café ou thé selon vos choix !
L’hôte nous a même prêté son scooter pour que nous allions faire notre lessive !
