Just come and stay!
Pros:

Location great - close enough to walk to the lake and hustle and bustle but far enough back to have peace and quiet, sunrise and birdsong.
Close enough to walk/trek to local sights or grab a cab.
Arjun and his family and staff are very kind and helpful nothing is too much.
Food is fabulous too.
Cabin comfortable with all you need.
Exceptional value.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like!
Just fyi it gets cold at night so layers are great.

A gem of a place to stay
Pros:

The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is right up the lake and the view from the second floor of the villa was pristine. The manager and caretaker took meticulous measures to make sure everything was in order. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay, it was exceptionally good and well done.The entire compound was well maintained.Overall, the place is truly a gem on its own and it holds such immense history in it's walls.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Loved the location and place. I would advise to have breakfast and dinner atleast from the hotel itself. Anna cooks such a nice food in affordable price.

Pros:

This is was my first booking through booking.com I'm glad to be guest of Maruti villa. My booking got upgraded from cottage to villa thanks to Arjun the host himself he was very responsive on phone calls or messages. He helped me with literally everything from how to reach his property and how to move on to my next destination from arranging taxi to guiding the best way to get anywhere throughout the station. Staffs were exceptionally great they arranged bonfire in literally no time. Food is awesome here everything is home-cooked. So you need to order prior to get on time. Amenities mentioned in info is accurate.
And thank you for the complimentary tea and coffee.

Wonderful, highly recommend it.
Pros:

EVERYTHING!! Very beautiful location overlooking the lake, pretty gardens with outdoor areas to use fir eating, fire, yoga), easy access to town & walks. The room is spacious, private, comfortable (lovely bed!), very clean, nice bathroom, balcony. The staff are extremely nice, helpful & gave us information about the area.
