Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien, el lugar está céntrico pero me pidieron un pago de unas toallas qué según yo me lleve

Cons:

Que nos cobraron unas toallas qué según nos robamos, lo cual se me hace una acusación muy mala, les transferí el doble de lo que me pidieron, esperaba una disculpa luego de que aclararan la situo, pero nada, siguieron en lo mismo, creo que quizás sea una manera de operar para sacarle dinero a la gente, por eso no lo recomiendo.

Pros:

Muy limpio y personal amable

Cons:

Muy pequeña la habitación, no tenía clóset, y el lavamanos súper pequeño, además de esto tenía luz encendida en el pasillo que daba a mi cuarto y en la parte de atrás por lo que era un poco molesto para dormir

Pros:

Casa très bien situé dans Morelia accès facile. Une grande cuisine est à notre disposition tout est moderne et propre le personnel est avenant souriant et agréable. Il y a des chambres de toutes grandeurs les très petites sont moins agréable. Internet excellent.

Cons:

Toutes les communications se font en español c’est parfois déstabilisant mais nous sommes au Mexique après tout !

The place was clean and next to the city center. Like on pictures.

Cons:

The rooms are next to each other, so you can hear everything that is happening in your neighbors' bedroom.
The check-in time starts at 3pm, and the staff leaves at 5pm, so there is only a 2-hour window to check in with staff, or you will check in yourself. I found it a bit restrictive when it's supposed to be a boutique hotel.

Great Place
Pros:

Very clean. Staff was remarkably friendly and helpful in many ways. Everything I needed in the kitchen. Great location and felt safe. Room was small- an efficiency, but as advertised. Worked great for me.

Cons:

Might want to be aware that property is on a tiny street in a part of town where street names change from block to block. My taxi driver from the bus station had a hard time finding it. I just called the property and they answered right away and directed my taxi driver to the property.

Lindo lugar pero la habitación es MUY pequeña y con poca privacidad.

La limpieza y el orden .

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y en la publicidad no queda claro que el cuarto tiene una dimensión muy limitada. La cortina no bloqueaba del todo la entrada de la luz exterior (foco) y por las noches el cuarto se iluminaba. Además, la habitación por estar en pasillo y tener paredes súper delgadas se escuchaba
ruido de las demás habitaciones. No se puede descansar.

Wonderful visit to Morelia.
Pros:

The kitchen was very well equipped and kept very clean.
I was able to do laundry in the on-site laundry room with no issues.
We were late arrivals so did the self-checkin with no trouble following the clear instructions provided.
I thought the price was excellent for the quality of the establishment and the location.
The property is easily accessed by colectivo from the Station de Autobus. From outside the station, look for the colectivo with the wide red stripes on its side, with signage “R. ROJA” on the front, and the number 1 on the wind screen, ( photo in this review.) Get off the colectivo in the area of the cathedral in the historic centro and Google maps will guide you on the short walk to CasaMariano.

Cons:

Unfortunately, on two of the four nights of our stay, some loud and rude guests disrupted our sleep. I would suggest there be large, very visible signs posted (in several languages) stating QUIET between 23:00 and 7:00!

Pros:

L’endroit est au calme. Les chambres n’ont des fenêtres que sur l’intérieur mais pas très gênant. C’est calme et très propre. Le coin cuisine est tip top.

Cons:

La salle de bain est très bien, très moderne et propre, mais….mais impossible de régler l’eau. Soit elle est brûlante, soit froide. Pour pouvoir prendre sa douche il fallait fermer les robinets et reprendre avant qu’elle soit brûlante. C’est le seul point négatif de ce logement.
