Cons:

I booked 2 rooms through Booking.com and paid the advance payment for both rooms before reaching the hotel. I had also clearly informed the hotel in advance that we were 4 guests — one couple and two bachelors, so we required 2 rooms.

However, when we arrived at the hotel, they provided us with only one room. This was completely unexpected and very disappointing, especially since the booking was already confirmed and payment had been made in advance.

The hotel staff/service was not handled professionally, and there was a clear lack of proper communication and coordination regarding the reservation.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their booking management and customer service.

Pros:

The family room was spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The living room was impressively large, and the two bedrooms were cozy and pleasantly cool, offering a restful environment. We also appreciated having two bathrooms—one in the Indian style and the other European—which added to the convenience. Location-wise, the property is ideally situated right next to the Solapur highway, making it easily accessible.
