Pros:

Eigentlich wollte ich nur 2 Nächte bleiben. Aber es war eine so ruhig & friedvolle Atmosphäre, dass ich mehrfach verlängerte.
Ein toller Platz, um auf Reisen anzuhalten, verweilen und aufzutanken.

Pros:

Das waren die nettesten Menschen, die ich in Vietnam kennengelernt habe. Ich hatte mir eine Verletzung uugezogen und sie haben für mich, weil es kein Busticket mehr gab, einen privaten Transport arrangiert. Das war einfach super nett...nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank und ich komme, wenn ich gesund bin und nochmal in der Gegend bin, ganz bestimmt wieder...

Belle endroit au calme ..
Pros:

Le homestay est chaleureux, avec une magnifique vue sur les rizières, petit village au calme loin du centre de sa ba ..Le personnel est très gentil..Les repas sont de qualité..

Le personnel est assez lunatique et peu commerçant. Les chambres privées n’ont pas de salle de bain privée et séparée du grand dortoir central par une seule petite cloison en bois (donc autant dormir en dortoir pour la peine).

Pros:

Понравилось мне только блинчики с манго и шоколадом на завтрак. Чай /кофе в завтрак не входят, но спасибо девушке, налила нам 2 стакана горячей воды.

Cons:

Прочитайте обязательно. Мы брали изолированную комнату, чтобы ночью высыпаться перед прогулками по деревням, то есть нам нужен был только сон, но это оказалось кошмаром.
Нам не давал спать кот, который очень сильно орал ночью, не давая никакой возможности уснуть. Орал он почему-то в самом гостевом доме и у нас под дверью. Муж видел его и пытался гонять, но все было бестолку. Он уходил не на долго и потом возвращался поорать с новыми силами.
Собственно, утром второго дня я спросила, почему этот кот орал у нас под дверью получила ответ в виде вранья: кот не их, он соседский и они ни при чем. Что тогда соседский кот делает на втором этаже вашего homestay??? А правда в том, что этот кот орал и днем, но из их пристройки, а вечером они выпускают его из своего жилья, чтобы поспать самим, в гостевой дом. ( хотела прикрепить видео, но сюда можно закрепить только фото)


Дальше про комфорт. Да, стоит этот отель дешево, но если вы хотите хоть немного комфорта- лучше переплатить эти 100.000 донгов.
В номере не было даже полотенец. Фен при использовании вонял плавленным пластиком, потому что уже весь поплавился.
В деревянных стенах дыры. Слышимость прекрасная.
Итог: персонал врет, кот орет, стены дырявые, завтраки вкусные, но могли бы налить пакетированный чай.

Сохраните себе нервы.

Quant wooden homestay
Pros:

Lovely staff who communicated great in English with me. It was quiet the time of year I was there, very relaxing and needed quiet time away from the busy Sa Pa. Guy that worked there gave me tips of area and Vietnam. Lovely family and nice food :)
Also had toiletries for me to use

Perfect to have rest from big cities and enjoy the nature
Pros:

I felt like at home. The family who own the guest house are very hospitable people. The guest house is really clean, there is a beautiful garden, herbal bath and a restaurant where food was really tasty
