Very good value short walk to a beach homestay and is certainly recommended. I would use again.
Pros:

Friendly clean and extremely well located near good restaurants and a short walk to the sanur beach

Cons:

Rooms were mostly small and the breakfast area was quite limited, but I didn’t have a breakfast to assess but for value and location it was recommended

Pleasent way to experince Bali with a lovely team
Pros:

Great staff and smaller amount of people with a comfortable bed in a nice neighbourhood .Clean rooms with a lovely entrance and quite considering a throughfare to the beach.Access to main street and beach was excellent.

Cons:

Maybe bi carbonate and vingear can remove small amount of mould in batheroom ,understand bleach is big no no on the island and humdity is high but that combination might remove it.Note the bathroom was clean,this is only old housekeeping trick advice not a rating.

A good option for the price, in a great location, with parking available
Pros:

Great for the price - location is great, only a short walk to the beach and JL Danau Tamblingan, so plenty of nearby options for food / drinks etc. Plenty of room out front for parking bikes / scooters if needed. Room including bathroom are spacious enough - air conditioning worked great, and the fridge although small kept things cold. Breakfast was basic but good, better than the offering I've had elsewhere when breakfast was included.

Cons:

The room felt a bit dated, and smelt REALLY strongly of moth balls (a smell I cannot stand) - couldn't figure out what the smell was at first, it was only when packing up to leave that I discovered a pile of moth balls scattered underneath the bed. This was one of the smaller budget rooms - whereas the larger rooms at the end of the property were much newer, cleaner, and better presented (my friend stayed in one at the same time)... it almost felt like the smaller rooms had been "let go" at the expense of the larger rooms.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Such great location. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Room is functional and clean. I actually had a great sleep here. Room 8 was nice and quiet.

I will definitely be returning to this little gem
Pros:

The property is tidy and clean. The rooms have air con, English channels on a flat screen , mini fridge, hot water and decent water pressure. The pool was clean and cool. Prices for drinks at reception are excellent. All the staff were pleasant. The property is in an excellent position with warungs to the left and right. You can stroll along the beachfront walkway or catch a Bemo for $1 on Jalan Danau Tamblingan

Cons:

The pool could do with a handrail and it had some scooter noise from the road but it was hardly noticeable.

Great location with heaps of excellent restaurants and warungs close by with a short stroll to the beach. Friendly staff

Fantastic Location and friendly staff, lovely pool.

Cons:

The room was very dark and tired, needing a good clean, dishes were dirty and toothpaste splatter on the mirror. The bed squeaked every time you moved. Needs a bit of paint and update.
