Świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko morza, a jednocześnie spokojnie i kameralnie. Wszędzie blisko, mimo że to centrum. Pokój czysty i bardzo ciepły, co było dużym plusem przy chłodnej pogodzie. Na miejscu czajnik, kawa i mikrofalówka – wszystko, co potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Parking dostępny niedaleko (ok. 100 m), bez większego problemu. Duży plus za właściciela – bardzo pomocny, spokojny i wyrozumiały, mimo zmian godziny przyjazdu z naszej strony. Obiekt ogrodzony – bez problemu zostawiłyśmy hulajnogi.
