Der Gastgeber, aber trotz allem freundlich und einigermaßen bemüht

Cons:

War leider eine katastrophal Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, muffig. Im ganzen Haus hat es nach Schimmel gerochen.

Quite green corner at literally two steps from the village, friendly host.
Pros:

The property is away from main street, surrounded by trees, upper room with a nice morning view. (entrance is a bit hidden, if one arrives at night). Big living room, with lots of art decorations, it felt like staying at a friend's place. Easy parking
The owner was kind accepting a booking at late hour (made necessary due to a mistake at another hotel)

The facility is in a general floor & when you go to the bedroom in just your underwear you often see the owner seated at the table. If I were with my girlfriend under such circumstances we would moved out on the first day.

Das absolute Rundumsorglospaket in der rundum Wohlfühloase!
Pros:

Hurra! Endlich mal nicht dieser sterile Einheitsbrei á la Motel "Won" ;-). Hier gibt es noch richtige und unkonventionelle Menschen und Hilfsbereitschaft. Alles ist da. Ich durfte mich sogar am Kühlschrank bedienen. Braucht man mal irgendeine Unterstützung, ist es kein Problem. Qualität zeigt sich immer unter Belastung. Da, wo viele andere längst aufhören, läuft der Gastgeber erstmal warm. Ich habe selten so ein tolles, unkonventionelles Umfeld und so tolle Menschen erlebt und ich bin froh, daß das es das gerade heute neben dem sterilen Einheitsbrei noch gibt.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts, was nicht gefallen hat. Alles war tip top und bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten ist der Gastgeber immer sofort zur Stelle und genau darauf kommt es an.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit den Öffis (S-Bahnhof in Fußnähe) oder dem Auto zu erreichen (gute Parkmöglichkeiten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ortszentrum, Seeufer sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Eigenes Bad.
Sonnige Terrasse.
Sehr freundlicher Hausherr.
Alles in Allem war die Unterkunft, wofür ich sie gebraucht habe, genau richtig.

Cons:

Ein etwas 'sportlich' geführter 'Männerhaushalt'.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft in Starnberg! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom See entfernt. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.
Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird.
Besonders gefallen haben mir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und der schöne Ausblick.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der ein paar erholsame Tage in Starnberg verbringen möchte. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
