I had a wonderful stay here. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, thanks to host lady who provided all the necessary instructions beforehand to me. The corridor is well-stocked with all the daily essentials tea and coffee sachets, also fresh towels, and toiletries were all neatly arranged beforehand. Highly recommend this for stay.
I was a short 3-day conference at UCI and was looking for a convenient place to stay, and Maha's place perfectly fitted me because it is about a 30 min walk over to campus. The room was clean, quiet, as advertised. Gym and pool are really nice, once one found them. I didn't meet the host Maha, but she always replayed rapidly with helpful answers. When I come back, I would try to stay there again.
Very close to UC Irvine and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed.
Simple and comfortable room
The room is thoughtfully arranged and well stocked on all the supplies. Everything is clean and easy to use. Location is very convenient to food places. The community has very nice landscaping, is quiet and safe. It has tennis courts, basketball courts, and swimming pool, also walking trail. Convenient to airport and other places.
Wish there is a bright light for the room.
For the value, the property was just fine. The location was superb if you need to be in the Irvine/Newport beach area. Walkable and convenient to a variety of eateries, bars and shopping. Near the airport and courthouse as well.
The room did not have a TV. That would work for those on the go but I am older and spent some time in the room. A bit quiet, especially in the evening. If there was a simple TV, it would have been a perfect stay. Sharing the bathroom was not a issue.

Very quiet, comfortable and convenient
The Host was very helpful and very prompt to help. The San Joaquin Marsh (trail) is within walking distance.
The room is too dark for me since it is on the ground floor. The sky is not visible due to the surrounding taller buildings from across the street.
The inside room lights are not adequate since there were only a lamp and a desk light, which using a very low voltage.
There is no ceiling light to enhance the brightness of the room.
