Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Der sehr freundliche Besitzer empfing uns persönlich. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man zum Schlafen braucht. Man hat 1 Zimmer in dieser als WG genutzten Wohnung, Bad + Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Betten sind bequem. Von der großen lauten Straße hört man nichts, weil das Zimmer zum Hof liegt. Mit den WG-Nachbarn hatten wir Glück, sie waren leise. Direkt Nebenan gibt es einen Bäcker. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit der Straßenbahn, sehr gute Wegbeschreibung. Unterkunft ist kinderfreundlich, unsere kleinen Kinder konnten auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten.

Cons:

Das Gemeinschaftsbad könnte sauberer sein.

Very welcoming owner, comfortable staying, but dissapointing cleanliness
Pros:

The location was great, with a beautiful park across the building, good pizzeria and bakery/coffee next to it. Easily accessible by transportation. The room we stayed in was acceptably clean and we were allowed to use the amenities freely. The landlord was really welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The cleanliness level was quite disappointing. The bathrooms were very dusty and there was a lot of limescale, mould, layer of old soap grease. The kitchen was also quite greasy and dirty, as well as the kitchen ware, we had to wash everything before using. It seems as though only “surface cleaning” is being done while in reality it needs a gooood deep clean.

Pros:

Місце розташування супер поруч гарний парк з фонтанами,пішки до Алексанр плац де можна винайняти велосипеди і обїхати всі популярні місця Берліну, дуже привітний і чуйний господар який вільно спілкується на кількох мовах, в помешканні є все необхідне для життя. Норм варіант щоб поселитися в центрі і зекономити.

Cons:

Паркінг на вулиці не легко знайти місце, паркомати приймають тільки монети(або треба загрузити додаток)платний од 9:00-24:00 з понеділка по суботу 2 євро /година
