Pessima, a senhora que mora lá é uma sem noção, e sem educação quero meu dinheiro de volta

Não fiquei na estadia por que a senhora não deixou, tinha hora pra voltar pra casa, era aniversário de um amigo que estava junto, iríamos sair pra comemorar ela disse que não poderíamos voltar, não ficamos nem 30 minutos ela simplesmente expulsou a gente da casa! Quero meu reembolso, tentei contato com vcs no dia e não tive nem um retorno
