Pros:

Nunca havia me hospedado em hostel. Achei a experiência incrivel!! E a dona é a melhor de toda hospedagem. Ela é excelente.

Uma experiência segura, o que para nós mulheres é importante.
Pros:

A anfritiã foi muito solícita e atenciosa. A recepção no hostel foi cuidadosa, com orientações a chegada e mobilidade entre chegada, metrô e uber. O hostel tem boa localização e fica muito próximo a estação Santana e Carandiru. Apesar do barulho a partir da 4h da manhã por conta do movimento da avenida Cruzeiro e do metrô, é próximo ao terminal Tietê, o que facilita o acesso ao uber. O quarto é pequeno, mas limpo e organizado. Não oferecem toalha e material de banho. O banheiro é coletivo e muito simples, mas o chuveiro é bom. Enfim, para uma noite é uma boa escolha em custo e benefício.

Cons:

O banheiro é muito próximo a sala de TV, o que causa um desconforto para mulheres. A comunicação em relação a chave para sair de manhã ficou a desejar, mas ela está junto à chave do quarto. Não há um cartaz ou informativo desses detalhes, como wifi e o uso das chaves. Seria bom que eles providenciassem isso.

Eu amei tudo . Fiquei bem a vontade
Pros:

Praticidade, à cordialidade da sol ( sempre disposta a ajudar com tudo ) proximidade a expo center , cafés , padaria , ponto de onibus , metrô etc

Cons:

Próximo aos locais onde precisava ir

Very cheap accomodation close from Tiete to spend 1 or 2 days at most
Pros:

It is really cheap and staff was really nice

Cons:

Single rooms are very noisy, it is on a main avenue, in a converted shop. There is nothing really blocking the sound of cars/ party goers from you as room has a hole above the door as well as the exterior door. Maybe that could be fixed with a few boards or whatever.
Bathroom was quite inconvenient too.
I m sorry to say that but cleanliness could have been way better

It was ok for me as I just have to spend a night between 2 buses at Tiete but I definitely wouldn t recommand it for more days.
I truly don t understand the rating so far, maybe it s confused with the other part where the dormitories are, seemed very friendly.
