Pros:

スタッフが親切で、洗濯物の乾燥についてどうしようか悩んでいたが、無料で施設の乾燥機を使ってやってくれた。
スーパーが近くに２つあるのは良い。
網戸がついた窓があったのはここだけ。暑いときのため扇風機も天井についていた。

Cons:

テアタープラッツまでトラムで２３分ほどかかるし、夜になると極端に本数が減る。便利さを求める人には不向きかも。

Overall good with missing parking places
Pros:

Only 10 minute drive from old city center. You can cook and store your food in shared kitchen. Lots of tree in the background and tiny pond. Clean and everything of need was provided.

Cons:

Property have enough space but Parkplatz is missing so you need to park on the street.

Also there is a construction going on near the entrance so you can't bring car inside to drop and load luggage.
That means you will need to drag all the way from street to the hotel. It can be difficult if you have heavy baggage.

Pros:

Гарне розміщення в тихому районі. Неподалік зупинка громадського транспорту і супермаркет. В помешканні є все необхідне. Чудовий сад і неймовірно гарна вітальня з вікнами в сад. Затишний, гарний номер в азійському стилі. Спокійно і дуже комфортно. Уважні та доброзичливі господарі.

Pros:

La ubicación es súper buena son solo 20 min en tranvía al centro de la ciudad.
El lugar es muy lindo y tranquilo.
El anfitrión muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no era muy buena, llegamos y habían muchas hormigas, telas de araña y encontramos como 6 arañas en la habitación. A pesar de que el anfitrión nos dijo que no era venenosas ni nada, de todas formas o es agradable tener arañas mientras uno duerme.

Uitstekend comfortabel onderkomen in Dresden.
Pros:

Alles was prima in orde. Fijn dat er een grote keuken en eetkamer zijn.Prachtige tuin.

Cons:

Ondanks goede instructies niet gemakkelijk te vinden.

Pros:

Удобное месторасположение. Все остальное в номере стандартно-хорошо. Не супер, но и не плохо. Все хорошо за эту стоимость.

Cons:

Очень часто пересекались с хозяевами. Если мы были не в номере - то всегда оказывались в их обществе. Это не плохо, но я поедпочитаю большую приватность.

Pros:

Gute Lage nicht weit vom Zentrum, Straßenbahn und Bus ganz nah, überraschend beschauliche Umgebung und ein herrlicher Garten mit Teich hinterm Haus, tolle Gemeinschaftsküche und schöner Frühstücksraum mit Blick in den Garten

Cons:

Die Teppiche könnten in den Zimmern gegen Laminat getauscht werden, ist einfach hygienischer

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage ca. 5 km vom Zentrum Dresdens, aber auch mit Straßenbahn prima zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, 2 Supermärkte in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrrad.
