Super tevreden
Pros:

Wij hebben genoten van het 5 daagse verblijf.
De bedden zijn super de lokatie is prima.
We konden de auto gratis parkeren in de straat
De tram ( lijn 7 ) is op 5 minuten lopen en de supermarkt op 10 minuten lopen.
Zeer rustige en veilige omgeving.
Een aanrader als je Dresden en omgeving wil verkennen.
In het de gezamenlijke keuken kun je je eigen ontbijt eventueel maken.
Wij zijn heerlijk in de tuin gaan ontbijten tussen de vogels en de salamanders in de vijver.😀😀

Wer den Luxusgedanken bei Seite lässt, ist hier goldrichtig.
Pros:

Für einen relativ kurzen Aufenthalt, ist die Unterkunft völlig Ok. Nicht weit von einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit Super Anbindung zur Altstadt von
Dresden. Parken kostenlos an der Straße. Die Unterkunft punktet mit dem drumherum. Von daher Daumen Hoch.

Cons:

Wenn man den Preis im Auge hat, gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage und mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Super liebes, bemühtes Personal, das versucht, soweit möglich, auf Gästewünsche einzugehen, in unserem Fall konnte z.B. eine frühere Anreise ermöglicht werden.
Tolle Lage, es war nicht weit zu Fuß bis zur nächsten Tramstation, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen mit schönem kleinen Garten mit Teich.
Die Unterkunft war sauber und auch die Gemeinschaftsküche war ausreichend ausgestattet und auf Grund der eher geringen Gäste- und Zimmeranzahl auch entspannt nutzbar.
Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde diese, sofern verfügbar, auch gerne bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Cons:

Lediglich das Ameisen"problem" war etwas störend, wir mussten sehr darauf achten möglichst keine Krümel zu hinterlassen und offenes Essen, sowie den Müll, im Zimmer gut zu verschließen, so hat es aber zum Glück auch weitestgehend funktioniert keine Ameisen im Zimmer zu haben.
Ich verstehe aber natürlich, dass es bei dieser Lage kaum möglich ist Ameisen zu vermeiden und zumindest Ameisenfallen waren auch im Zimmer aufgestellt.

Man muss einfach wiederkommen, wenn Dresden das Reiseziel ist.
Pros:

Empfehlenswert!
Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, super Kommunikation mit Betreibern, vor ,während und nach dem Aufenthalt.
Preis-Leistungsverältnis sehr gut.
Die Ruhige Lage mitten in Dresden, der Park, das Haus und das Zimmer selbst, fabelhaft.
Verkehrsgünstig für Auto und ÖPNV.
Ich komme wieder, auch wenn die Unterkunft sehr gefragt ist, optimistisch beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen zu können.
Danke an die Betreiber, die mit Herzblut Ihre Unterkunft so unverwechselbar machen.

Mid week trip
Pros:

The host was there to meet us and was a very pleasant person, the bedroom was clean peaceful and very comfortable there was a nice dining room if you wanted to prepare your own food with good kitchen facilities plus from the main train station the tram number 7 drops you about 3 minutes walk away.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like.

Ich komme wieder
Pros:

Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar, Gemeinschaftsküche super, schöner Garten, Zimmer nach Kontinenten tapeziert und bebildert, witzig und individuell, eigenes Bad, alles sauber, Schampoo, Dusch- und Handseife vorhanden.

Cons:

W-Lan-Empfang könnte besser sein
