Așezarea ,panorama ,foarte frumoasa ,

Curățenia nu mi-a plăcut deloc ,pilota nu avea cearceaf și plus de asta era murdara ,perdele murdare ,geamurile la fel ,mirosul in camera , îmbâcsitor( ne respirabil,greu),personalu nu sa văzut nimeni pe acolo,,că așezare e frumos doar că gestiunea lasă de dorit ,nu se ocupa de ia

Once booked, somehow managed to stay.
Pros:

Location was good but not the property.

Cons:

Bed sheet given are dirty. No change in span of 10 days. No place for cooking not even place for eating. Staircase in approach was extremely in poor condition.

Villenfeeling über Lugano.
Pros:

Lage im Grünen, hohe Räume, unkompliziertes Checkin und Checkout, kleine Terrasse, viel Stauraum (Schrank)

Cons:

Der Raum heizte sich schnell auf in der Nachmittagshitze; ein Ventilator wäre schön gewesen.
Aussicht ins Grüne besser als gar keine Aussicht.

Des escrocs ! Aucunes réponses qu’on essaye de demander de l’aide, leur site de check-in qui ne fonctionne pas. Et donc vu que je n’ai pas pu séjourner à leur établissement, j’ai demandé un remboursement plus aucune réponse de leur part.
