Experiența mea la această pensiune a fost un coșmar. Ușa de la cabina de duș, care era evident defectă la sistemul de glisare, s-a desprins și s-a spart complet peste mine atunci când am încercat să o închid normal. M-a rănit la picioare, maini și spate, fiind plină de cioburi. A fost un incident grav, produs exclusiv din cauza lipsei de întreținere și a neglijenței proprietății.

Deși dimineața am informat proprietara, iar aceasta părea să înțeleagă situația și ne-a lăsat să plecăm fără să spună că există vreo problemă, ulterior m-am trezit cu o cerere ABSURDĂ de 4.400 lei pentru „daune” inventate ( probabil doamna vrea sa-si renoveze toata baia pe spatele meu 😅). Mă acuză că am rupt perdele — total fals — și că am murdărit prosoapele cu sânge, de parcă nu ei sunt responsabili pentru faptul că m-am accidentat din cauza acelei uși care se putea transforma într-o tragedie.

Solicitarea lor de plată este nu doar nejustificată, ci complet abuzivă. În loc să își asume responsabilitatea pentru o defecțiune gravă care mi-a pus sănătatea în pericol, încearcă să transfere vina pe client.

Recomand oricui să evite această locație. Lipsă totală de profesionalism, neglijență, zero asumare și încercări de a stoarce bani pentru probleme cauzate chiar de ei.

No puedo puntuar
Pros:

No lo puedo saber, con menos de 2 horas para hacer el check in nos llamaron para decirnos q había una avería y q no podíamos hospedar allí. El anfitrión nos ofreció otro lugar "lacrima izei" dnd nos recibió una mujer maravillosa que nos trató fenomenal.

Cons:

Q el anfitrión no viniera a recibirnos al otro alojamiento y qué tuviéramos q pagar los desayunos después de todas las molestias.

Alles war perfekt! Highlight waren der nette Garten mit Gartenlaube & netter Bewirtung trotz später Ankunft und das superfreundliche Service uns eine frühe Abfahrt zu ermöglichen die wir dank der Gastfreundlichkeit auch nicht ganz ohne leeren Magen machen mussten. Danke an die Gastgeberfamilie “et à bientôt”! ;)

Dobre miejsce na odpoczynek po drodze
Pros:

Duży plus z powodu obecności sklepu w budynku hotelu. Łóżka całkiem wygodne. Stosunek jakości do ceny odpowiedni. Bardzo dobre ogrzewanie, jeśli lubicie ciepło w pokoju, to tak właśnie będzie.

Cons:

Właścicielka mówiła jedynie po rumuńsku i francusku. Był problem z dogadaniem się. Na szczęście na migi i z małą pomocą tłumacza udało się wszystko dogadać.
