Don’t stay there if you want to relax.
Pros:

Only ,staff was incredibly helpful they understood our position and cancelled our reservation.

Cons:

The break fast was terrible they served frozen bread and the room wasn’t clean and smelled.There was no access for the car you had to walk to the hotel with luggage.

Emplacement dans un quartier très agréable, calme et mignon. Personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Les photos de la salle de bain ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche et au niveau des joints de la salle de bain. Wifi instable et climatisation un peu bruyante

Pros:

Es un negocio familiar y eso se nota. El hotel no es fácil de encontrar, puesto que está metido en la zona peatonal del paseo del canal, en un sitio precioso, y ahí estaban esperándonos, para llevarnos las maletas y acompañarnos al hotel. Las habitaciones preciosas donde dormimos muy muy bien. El desayuno, excepcional - había dos versiones, una "occidental" y otra "china" y ninguna de ella decepciona - la verdad es que después de varios días comiendo desayuno chino, uno occidental con sus tostadas, huevos escalfados y champiñones, no está nada mal.

Cons:

Nada, absolutamente nada.

Eine super schöne Lage, in einem historischen Viertel ohne Autos. Tolle Läden, Cafés und Restaurants daneben. Ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude, mit neuer Ausstattung. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Flug ging ein Tag früher als ich dachte. Das ist mir erst am Tag davor ausgefallen. Netterweise haben sie noch am selben Tag die letze Übernachtung für mich storniert. Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und ich schätze den Aufwand sehr.

An unforgettable stay in Hangzhou—beautiful traditional atmosphere, great views, and value for money.
Pros:

Everything about our stay at The Moon and Six Pence Hotel Hangzhou was amazing! The room was super clean, extremely spacious, and very tidy, featuring super comfortable beds and lovely views. The classic architecture made us feel like we were living in old China.
The location is a complete 10/10—just a 1-minute walk from the river and right next to an awesome temple. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was really nice every morning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

Un hébergement vraiment différent des grands hôtels.
Plus chaleureux plus familial
Vaste Chambre familiale avec mezzanine confortable.
Emplacement central mais complètement à l'écart des grandes rues. Très calme.
Petit dej très bien.
Une vraie belle surprise.

Pas facile à trouver, mais c'est vraiment un détail
