Lots of options other than neighborhoods in rapid transition, suggestion is try those first
Pros:

Very reasonable accommodation with warm welcome, some staff are somewhat intrusive, the kind that also serve on the guest shopper side.

Cons:

The neighborhood was in transition a lot, not the best representation of the principles of engineering a safe, honest and reliable model for hospitality during heated cultural debates about visitors. We don't want to know how sausage is made.

Completa y detallada
Hospedaje excelente. El lugar superó mis expectativas: impecable, cómodo y tal cual como en las fotos. Ubicación perfecta y muy tranquilo para descansar.

Shelton es un anfitrión de 10. Siempre atento, respondió rapidísimo a cualquier duda y se aseguró de que no nos faltara nada. Se nota que le pone cariño a cada detalle.

100% recomendado. Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí.

Cons:

Me costó encontrar algo que no me gustara porque todo estuvo de 10. Shelton, gracias por hacer que la estadía fuera tan fácil y cómoda. Lo único que lamento es no haberme quedado más días.

Comfortable stay with great host, but a bit far and windowless.
Pros:

The host was very responsive and thoughtful, helping with check‑in and checking in throughout the stay. The property has everything you need for a comfortable visit - a spacious, comfy bed, a wardrobe, a fridge, a microwave, a heater, and a fan. It felt quiet both inside the room and in the neighborhood.

Cons:

The only consideration is the location: it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and from there roughly 30 minutes by metro to reach the city center. Also, the room doesn't have a window - it may not be an issue if you mainly come back just to sleep, but it's worth keeping in mind.
