A very nice place, but the promise of a delectable breakfast offering was more talk, rather than delivery. It’s a shame

Clean, tidy, well appointed. Lovely garden. Central . Very nice.

Cons:

We liked everything. But, we’re disappointed with breakfast, as we had high expectations in that fruit would be provided from the property as well as many homemade treats I.e. jams, bread and other pastries/home-bakes. We were told about this and had read about it and had seen pictures of it. None of this materialized.

Pros:

Please take note that the Namibian border authorities did not allow us entry into Namibia because the required work permit was not in place. Neither we nor the employer were aware that a work permit was required.

As a result, we had to return to South Africa.

As soon as we were informed of the situation by the border officials, we cancelled our booking online. We appreciate that there was no cancellation fee. Thank you.

It was fine! Thanks to Joseline/Joselinde who was really kind and welcoming.

The staff was lovely and very welcoming!

Cons:

1. There was no hot water in the evening and morning. I understand they use solar, but that’s no excuse to ensure the guests have hot water. I want to shower cold water BY CHOICE, not because I have no choice. And it’s winter for goodness sake!

2. There were oil/grease stains on the bed sheet cover, I couldn’t make out what it was as the beddings were grey. That made me very uncomfortable. I went to check with the staff about that but she had already left. For future, please get white beddings, it helps your guests determine whether the beddings are clean or not, and that brings some peace of mind.

Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr nett von einer Mitarbeiterin empfangen, sie gab uns Restaurant Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, sicheres Parken an der Unterkunft, Föhn vorhanden, EU Steckdosen vorhanden, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Klimaanlage

Gute Unterkunft, um den Etosha National Park zu besuchen
Pros:

Saubere Unterkunft mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in sicherer Gegend. Auch der Parkplatz war hinter dem verschlossenen Tor. Ein gutes, einfaches Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen. Bis zum Tor des Etosha-Parks sind wir ca. eine Stunde gefahren.

Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp geeignet

Ein Haus mit Zimmern, etwas kalt und etwas unmodern. Frühstück war top , wohl eine etwas gefährliche Gegend, wir sollten im dunkeln nicht mehr raus, komisches Gefühl. Eine Stunde vom Etosha Park entfernt? Guter Zwischenstopp danach
