Pros:

Marvelous apartment! It was a stay to remember. Everything as described, it's even better in real life than on photos. Very close to Another Place & Crosby beach. Good communication to the city itself as well. Lovely neighborhood.

Fabulous.
Pros:

Al and Jan were so welcoming. The layout is fantastic. You have your own living room, bedroom and bathroom. Robes supplied. Then access to dining room and kitchen. Everything you can possible need is there. 10 minute walk onto high Street with many bars and restaurants to choose from. We also walked down to the beech which was fab after a long journey. A home away from home.

A wonderful B&B with super hosts.
Pros:

The reception was so friendly, Jan and Al made us immediately feel very welcome with a great cup of tea. The room was very clean and comfortable as described on the website. The bathroom had a great shower and was very spacious. What is not so clearly described on the website is that you get full private access to the living and dining room and kitchen. We enjoyed two lovely and delicious breakfasts and had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

There was not much to dislike. The only comment I would made is to take some flip flops or sliders with you that you can wear in the bathroom after you had a shower, since it is a wet room, the floor around the toilet and wash basin gets wet.

Loved everything. Jan & Al were very friendly. So helpful to us and Al even drove us to the wedding we were attending.
Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of food/fruit.
Our accommodation was top notch, very clean. Beds were comfy and the wet room was huge.
Nothing was too much trouble. We'd definitely recommend it .

Comfortable, warm, cosy , and felt fantastic
Pros:

Great value for money, lovely place perfect for us not far from Beach. Beautiful Village lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Hosts Al & Jan couldn't do enough for you, and the Northern hospitality was 100% stop on. We be returning again definitely 5* from us

It was the perfect place to stay for a friend's wedding in Crosby, with everything I needed and more
Pros:

Jan & Al were excellent hosts, who went above & beyond to make me feel at home. Excellent cooked breakfast, wet room shower is great with fresh towels each day, they also helped me get to my friends wedding. It was a great place to stay for the weekend.

Al & Jan are lovely Hosts and We felt very welcome!
They had the perfect Balance between offering privacy on one hand and hospitality with a chat or a drink on the other. We had a wonderful stay!

Peaceful retreat
