Es un lugar perfecto si quieres tener la experiencia de pasar una noche en una casa en zona residencial. Afortunadamente estuve sola y no tuve que compartir ni el baño ni la ducha. Estaría muy bien saber de antemano que, desde la estación de buses central de Manchester, si tomas el bus amarillo 256 en la parada Charlotte Street y paras en Malvern Street (12 paradas), en 10 minutos aprox estás a 20m de la puerta. Para volver al centro, la parada está en la calzada de enfrente justo enfrente de la puerta y detrás hay un colmado en el que puedes comprar de todo para cocinar en casa, incluso el famoso enchufe adaptador para la corriente por 4 libras. Si no, resulta muy difícil llegar hasta allí sin google maps. De hecho, suerte que compartí un UBER con otra persona, porque no hubiera llegado...
La puerta de la casa no se puede cerrar con llave o pestillo desde dentro. Sólo puedes cerrar por fuera y sólo con llave tu habitación, lo cual me sorprendió un poco. El barrio es muy tranquilo, pero si confías poco en la tranquilidad vecinal, quizás dormir aquí no sea apto para cardíacos ;). Eso sí, la cama muy confortable.
Good location and room was clean. Good value for money. Comfortable bed and good access to bus and tram route.
The description said it was ensuite but the bathroom was separate. It took a while to get into the property as nobody was there on arrival.

It was clean and in good upkeep. I had full use of house and amenities.

The tv in the bedroom only had itv. The remote worked to turn tv on and off but nothing change channels and nothing on the tv to change channels

Booked last minute, and despite me not reading the check-in instructions, the staff came out especially to sort me out.
I booked on the basis of location and price, so was incredibly surprised to discover I had a small house all to myself! Ideal since I was there for nightlife - no worries about disturbing anyone or vice versa.
Can't ask for more for that price.

It was handy for Old Trafford
We were given keys to a single room when we’d booked a twin room. We could not contact the owner to remedy the situation.
At ten to Midnight the front door burst open and a man walked in with his bicycle. He opened the correct room and then started to clear up the ‘wrong’ room. We asked him firmly to leave.
Though superficially clean, the property did not stand close inspection. The bedroom floor was sticky!
We were very disappointed. Anyone with any integrity would offer a full refund.
