Everything was perfect, and Dan was very welcoming. The house is very close to the tram stop. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bath and hand towels were also very clean. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and there was even water, coffee, and tea bags provided in the room. Overall, highly recommended!

The room and bathroom facilities were immaculate. Host was away but communicated all instructions to access the room.

Everything! Dan was a fantastic host and the little details he added into the room were a lovely touch. The room is very clean and quiet, the bathroom very clean and the bed very comfy! There is a tram stop opposite to get into the centre quickly or its a lovely 30 minute walk down the canal 😊 Would definitely recommend staying here!

Dan was very helpful assisting me getting around the greater Manchester area. He went above and beyond with his time and expertise about the area.
The bedroom itself is enough for myself and my belongings. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The next time I'm back in Manchester, I would definitely stay in this property again.
