Pros:

L'emplacement, le confort et l'accueil de ce logement étaient impeccables.
Notre hôte était bienveillant et aux petits soins.

Cons:

Logement tout à fait confortable pour un court séjour mais manque un peu de rangements pour des séjours plus longs il me semble.

Als je bereid bent veel te betalen, geschikt voor 1 of 2 nachten, niet voor langer.
Pros:

Het feit dat we zelf konden koken.
Het ontbijt was niet inbegrepen, maar we kregen wel alle ingrediënten om het zelf klaar te maken.
Op loopafstand van het busstation

Cons:

Het was erg duur in verhouding van wat we er voor kregen. We begrepen dat Portree erg populair is en daardoor erg duur.
Onze kamer (nr 5) was heel erg klein.

Pros:

friendly lady was there for check in, good selection of cereals, bread, jams, tea but I couldn't get the coffee machine to work.

Cons:

no fan or air conditioning. Parking spots very very tight

Separate bathroom outside bedroom was annoying
Pros:

Proximity to town centre.
Parking on site.
Clean and neat room.

Cons:

Upfront payment.
Bathroom was private BUT outside my bedroom. (Next room down)
Bathroom door did not have an internal switch to lock it, so I had to unlock, then lock again with the key from inside when using the room.
No bathrobe provided.
Taking shoes off at the entrance, with boots this was annoying. Provide a hose (water tray) and appropriate mats to clean shoes if necessary.

Pros:

Très bonne adresse à proximité du centre ville. Olga peut paraître froide au départ mais en fait c'est de la discrétion, elle est très sympathique disponible et à l'écoute ! Sa maison est impeccable. La cuisine est très bien équipée !

Cons:

Je pense qu'il pourrait y avoir des rideaux en voile aux fenêtres pour éviter d'être vus de l'extérieur....

Räumliche Situation sehr schwierig. Die Schlafzimmer bestehen quasi nur aus einem Bett. Kein Platz für Koffer. Bei einem Zimmer ist das Badezimmer nur über den Flur erreichbar - erwartet man bei eigenem Badezimmer erstmal auch nicht. Da noch fremde Personen im Haus waren, war dies zum Teil auch sehr unangenehm.

Déception, plumage qui ne correspond pas au ramage.
Pros:

Accueil, petit-déjeuner, équipements, wifi. Hôtesse disponible car elle loge dans un chalet dans le jardin.

Cons:

Nous pensions qu'il n'y avait que 2 chambres que nous avions réservées avec un autre couple d'amis. Il n'est mentionné nul part que c'est une " auberge espagnole " ... il y a 6 chambres. Il faut donc partager la cuisine et le salon. Il n'y a de ce fait pas assez de stationnement. Notre séjour n'a pas eu la même saveur. Notre chambre numéro 4 était trop petite et la salle de bain apporte énormément d'humidité dans la chambre.

We were surprised at how nice this place was after expecting the basics with no breakfast.
Pros:

Well situated near to the centre of Portree. It was clean and comfortable . Basic breakfast was available as self service.

Cons:

Parking was a bit small for larger vehicles but road parking was available and safe.

Zeer mooi gedecoreerd, heel hygiënisch! Gezien de ideale locatie op Isle of Skye zijn prijs waard.

Pros:

The property was really close to the town centre but far enough away to be in a quiet area. Great kitchen facilities and positive owner.

Cons:

Room was smaller than we imagined for the price we paid. Had to ask the neighbours to turn the tv down due to walls being paper thin at around 10:30pm.
