Pros:

Tiene parking privado, además tienes aire acondicionado, una pequeña nevera y microondas, con utensilios básicos. El propietario es atento.

Cons:

El parking lo compartes con el propietario. Y tienes que organizar un poco la hora de salida con él.

Pros:

Um custo benefício incrível, acomodação bem equipada, com ar-condicionado muito bom e a acomodação está apenas a 4 minutos caminhando do terminal dos ônibus R1 e R2 que vai até a zona hoteleira !
E o anfitrião Sr Victor sempre muito solicito, educado e simpático !!! Nos recebeu com uma cerveja gelada e uma boa conversa !

Estuve en la habitación 2, había agua caliente y fría, nevera, aire acondicionado y ventilador.

Cons:

No tenía jabón y shampoo porque el anfitrión dijo que no era un hotel sin embargo consiguió lo faltante.

Spacious Apartment at a Great Price
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and plenty of space to sit or work, making it suitable for longer stays. The location is great, with a bus stop, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. The gated property feels safe and secure. The host is caring, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication was excellent throughout my stay.

Cons:

Good value for money and a very helpful host. The only downsides for me were the limited privacy and some cleanliness issues. The location is convenient, although I personally did not enjoy the neighborhood as much as other areas of the city.

Acogedor, práctico y maravillosas atenciones propietario.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó sin duda es la dedicación y disposición de su propietario. El barrio es tranquilo y me pareció seguro. Por la mañana ajetreado porque muchos trabajadores toman autobuses muy cerca; con vendedores de comida ambulante.

Cons:

El dormitorio tiene aire acondicionado pero el salón no; tan solo un ventilador de techo que es insuficiente para paliar el calor. Entiendo que no estoy en un hotel lujoso y lo admito, por supuesto; pero esto es mejorable.
