地點方便且有免費停車，冷氣超強！如果不在意隔音，ＣＰ質不錯

Cons:

隔音極差，樓上走路聲跟跑跳聲持續至晚上１２點，隔壁拉屎跟放屁的聲音就算廁所門關著，房內也聽得很清楚
