Pros:

Toll saniertes Haus...wunderbarer alter Holzfußboden. Schöne Stuckverzierungen.

Ausstattung a la IKEA, was ok aber dem historischen Objekt nicht agemessen ist.Objekt als Ferienwohnung angeboten, nur leider weit entfernt von Gemütlichkeit oder praktischer Einrichtung für mehrere Tage. Apartment Delux hatte ledigich ein Bett, eine Komode u.einen Schaukelstuhl...!???Wir haben einen Kleiderschrank,Tisch für Wein und Laptop u. gemütliche Sessel vermisst.Der Lichtschalter in der Küche für das Oberlicht ging nicht.In den Salz/Pfefferstreuern war nichts drin. Sollte da mal mehrere Gäste kochen wollen, sind zwei Pfannen zu wenig. Der Fußboden im Bad war extrem verschmutzt u.dick Staub auf den Spiegellampen.Die Duschamatur steht 20cm von der Wand ab und der Türgriff 6cm, so das knapp 40cm Bewegungsfreiheit beim Duschen waren.Das Urinalbecken hängst 15cm über Standartmaß zu hoch. Mein Mann stand auf Zehenspitzen davor.Davon ausgehend, dass es ein Gemeinschaftsbad ist, fehlen Ablagen, Haken zum Handtuch trocknen.(es gab nur ein einziges extrem hartes Badetuch). Die Handbrauseaufhängung fiel beim Duschen ab. Die Ferienappartments sind im 2.OG-wenn im Sportstudio darunter getanzt wird vibriert der ganze Fußboden. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Wir wurden 8:50 Uhr von E-Gitarren Übungen geweckt. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine oder Bügelmöglichkeit. Bei einem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter war dieser wenig serviceorientiert und genervt. Zum Glück waren wir allen...jetzt wissen wir auch warum. Ich hatte die Bewertungen nicht gelesen.

Nah an der Innenstadt und am Hafen

Cons:

Es war nicht klar in der Beschreibung zu erkennen das man sich mit noch zwei weiteren Zimmern das enge Bad teilen muss. Wenig Bewegungsfreiheit in der Dusche. 1 Handtuch pro Person.
Am Bettlaken war deutlich zu erkennen das es nicht frisch bezogen wurde. Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl , keine Flasche Wasser. Schnell verdientes Geld für wenig Leistung

Amazing guest house! Everything was perfectly clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. Highly recommended! The old town is nearby, and there is free parking available. The only small downside was that we booked a room for three people, but the bedding was provided only for the double bed

Toll renoviertes Haus, sehr gute Lage, Zimmer war stilsicher ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse war wunderbar.

Cons:

Leider konnte man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln, sodass man schon sehr früh durch die Sonne geweckt wurde. Schwierig für Menschen, die es dunkel brauchen, um schlafen zu können.
Das Waschbecken in der Nasszelle war etwas klein, und durch den geringen Abstand zur Ablage darüber nicht gut nutzbar.
