Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Alojamiento en un ático, para personas con movilidad reducida no es una buena opción pero para personas con un estado físico normal, se suben las escaleras sin problema. La dueña del piso hablaba poco inglés pero se hacía entender y nos dejó dejar las mochilas ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde.
Habitación sin aire acondicionado, tampoco lo necesitamos ya que nos llovió y se estaba genial. Cama muy cómoda y todo limpio.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien.

Pros:

Tienen habitaciones muy cómodas, sin ruidos de la calle, muy acogedoras. Todo está muy limpio, muy bien ubicado , esta a pie de supermercado y del centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

Si tienes maletas grandes será incómodo subir al quinto piso porque no hay ascensor.

К сожалению, впечатление от поездки в Вильнюс
было полностью испорчено отношением хозяйки. Мы путешествовали с маленькими детьми, в день заезда стояла невыносимая жара. Дети очень устали с дороги, и мы попросили разрешить нам заехать хотя бы чуть-чуть пораньше, чтобы они могли просто отдохнуть и поспать в прохладе.
Мы приехали всего на 30 минут раньше официального времени заезда (в 13:30 вместо 14:00), но хозяйка встретила нас крайне агрессивно и пренебрежительно. Она заявила, что мы «явились рано» и ей трудно убираться в такую жару. При этом она даже не попыталась войти в наше положение — в отличие от нас, она была в квартире, а не на раскаленной улице с детьми на руках.
Общение было ужасным: никаких приветствий, элементарной вежливости или участия. Хозяйка фыркала, отвечала грубо в переписке и при личной встрече, демонстрируя полное пренебрежение к гостям. Создалось впечатление, что мы ей чем-то обязаны, а не платим за услуги.
Что касается самой квартиры — это обычный бюджетный вариант с довольно старой мебелью. Если бы не чудовищное отношение, мы бы даже не стали писать негативный отзыв, но уровень сервиса оказался нулевым.
Я снимаю жилье по всему миру уже много лет, но это худший опыт общения с владельцем за все время моих путешествий. Больше никогда не остановлюсь здесь и никому не рекомендую, если вы цените свое время и нервы.

Pros:

Está situado muy céntrico y se puede caminar al centro histórico. Es muy tranquilo y tiene aparcamiento privado en la calle. Dispone de nevera y microondas compartido, así como menaje para poder desayunar o hacer una comida informal.

La entrada al piso en la quinta planta es un poco lúgubre pero la habitación es agradable.

В номере не закрывалось полностью окно. Из за этого было слишком шумно, особенно ночью. Нормально поспать не удалось, к сожалению.
