浴室：
1）蓮蓬頭座架已壞，蓮蓬頭掛上去只能沖牆壁，無法抬高對人。
2）淋浴間水龍頭施工品質不佳，與牆壁間有明顯左右不均的間隙。
3）沐浴乳品牌規定要放在室溫25度以下，墾丁氣溫不是常常超過25度嗎？沒住人、沒開冷氣不就壞掉？
4）通風扇噪音過大，前人留衛生紙塞在通風扇邊角避震，有礙觀瞻。
5）房間大浴缸熱水出水固定40度，熱水放到半滿都變冷了。

大門口：令人傻眼的戲水池，已經很小還任其荒廢。

已提前一週說要加人，初四當天已付1500加人加床費，加的是摺疊床，進房發現卻只提供一條大浴巾，還得跟櫃檯提醒才提供加人的基本用品。

隔天住宿附近的亞曼達，住宿體感極佳，還有蔡依林MV拍攝的美麗戲水池，重點是過年期間加人也才600，該給的都有，不用人講，而且是有床位的，不是嘎吱響的摺疊床。
