Au rythme paisible de Mai Chau🩵
Pros:

Emplacement paisible au milieu des rizières, personnel adorable, gentillesse et bonne humeur, qualité des repas , belle piscine, très bon rapport qualité prix, vélos à disposition

Cons:

Nous avons prolongé de quelques jours pour rester profiter de cette ambiance paisible et familiale... Rien à dire de négatif

Heel aangenaam verblijf tussen de rijstvelden
Pros:

Super vriendelijke eigenaars, heel netjes en verzorgde homestay. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, ook de maaltijden zijn super lekker en snel klaar. Ruime keuze aan goede prijzen.
Het zwembad vonden de kinderen zalig.
We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen voor een lange tocht, deze worden zeer goed onderhouden.
Heel mooi uitzicht, en super rustig hier.

המיקום משגע, כל כך יפה פה. זה גאסט האוס חמוד ממש, חדרים חמודים, נקי, נעים, מסעדה עם אוכל מקומי טעים. הצוות מקסים, הבריכה כיפית.. ממש ממליצה!!

Cons:

זה בטבע, כך שהיו לנו נמלים בחדר, אבל הם מיד דאגו לטפל בזה.. המיטות קשות.. חוץ מזה באמת היה לנו מושלם אפילו הארכנו את השהות בעוד לילה.

Pros:

The place is amazing, the owners are so helpful and the food is perfect! Best value for money we had in Vietnam.

Pros:

Le lieu est superbe, idéalement placé au calme, la piscine est sublime, toujours propre et nettoyée chaque jour. Le personnel et la propriétaire des lieux sont adorables et toujours à votre service.
La vue des espaces communs sur les rizières et les montagnes sont incroyables.
Le dortoir était très grand avec lit double isolé par des grands rideaux. Le lit est confortable et en plus de la clim, il y a des ventilateurs pour chaque lit.
Vous pouvez emprunter des vélos gratuitement pour vous promener dans les villages tout autour, d'ailleurs l'homestay vous propose un itinéraire. Ils organisent également des excursions pour visiter les lieux environnants.

Cons:

Certains plats à la carte étaient un peu trop "européannisés" pour moi et manquaient des bonnes saveurs vietnamiennes.

Excellent rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Nous avons eu une chambre pour 3 au dernier étage : chambre spacieuse et propre.
La piscine est très sympa et la vue depuis le resto est magnifique! Les vélos mis à disposition permettent de partir en balade dans les environs, c'est très pratique.
Côté bouffe, si vous êtes d'origine asiatique, prenez les spécialités à commander à l'avance car les autres plats sont plutôt adaptés aux occidentaux.

Heel fijn hotel!
Pros:

Een meer dan fijn verblijf gehad op dit idyllisch plekje. Service is top! Niets is teveel en altijd alles met een glimlach. Ontbijt is basic, maar wel lekker. Restaurant is heel goed. Ze helpen ook met het regelen van vervoer.
Het zwembad was vooral voor de kinderen top!

Cons:

Als ik iets moet noemen, zou het zijn dat het matras echt hard was. Niet erg verder. We hebben prima geslapen.

Pros:

I absolutely loved this place.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the surrounding views were beautiful. The swimmin pool was a great bonus after a day of exploring.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Breakfast was decent with enough choice ta start the day

I would definitely stay here again.

99.999% Perfection
Pros:

This is the type of location you are looking for when it comes to seeing Mai Chau. The top floor has a fantastic panoramic view and the view from the dining area is simply immersive. The food hit the spot - mostly more Mường influenced if I understand correctly. The beer was well priced, nicely chilled and could be taken out of the fridge when wanted.The pool was very refreshing, surrounded by lovely flowers populated but a manageable number of tiny bees who don't bother people. Dragon flies and butterflies flew around our heads as we swam. Overall, the staff were very responsive and friendly.

Cons:

A few areas for improvement:

Food: The cơm lam was a bit of a miss—it lacked the authentic flavor of being cooked traditionally over a fire in actual bamboo. As it was, it was served steamed in a banana leaf.

Staff Communication: The communication dynamic here was incredibly bizarre. When the registration manager wasn't around, the kitchen staff understood my Vietnamese just fine. However, the moment he appeared, there was a complete shift in behavior, and it felt as though communicating was less important to the staff than criticizing my phonetic range. This was doubly weird because I had spoken quite a bit of Vietnamese with this exact registration manager just the day before. Being met with exaggerated, perplexed facial expressions over simple words like 'fruit' (of which I just discussed with the kitchen staff mere moments before) is highly discouraging and unprofessional.

Pool Safety & Atmosphere: I arrived exhausted from a long road trip and was trying to watch my own children in the pool. However, there were two very young children—seemingly associated with the staff/owners—unsupervised in the water. One of them was actively struggling to swim. Because the staff/management only occasionally walked by to 'parent from afar' by shouting at them, I felt forced to lifeguard these children as well. This made what should have been a relaxing moment incredibly stressful.
