Pros:

Le doy 10 x que puedes dejar tus cosas desde temprano. Incluso te puedes servir un cafe y esperar en la terraza que tiene una vista espectacular. Al lado del metro donde te movilizas a todas partes. Hay tiendas abajo. y cerca las artesanias. El propietario muy atento a todo. Efectivamente te sientes como en Casa.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Está a unos pasos de la estación del metro. El anfitrión es muy amable. La vista desde la terraza es muy linda.

Cons:

El alojamiento no incluye desayuno y la heladera y la cocina son compartidas, por lo que la experiencia se asemeja bastante a la de un hostel. El agua caliente demora alrededor de 10 minutos en salir.

Viajé por una presentación de trabajo y, justamente el día de la exposición, hubo reparaciones en las cañerías del edificio, por lo que el departamento estuvo sin agua durante 24 horas. Entiendo que las reparaciones fueron realizadas sin avisar con suficiente antelación y son difíciles de prever, pero fue particularmente inconveniente, ya que no pude bañarme antes de la presentación.

El pago es únicamente en efectivo. Si bien el precio es muy conveniente, las prestaciones son modestas y es importante tener en cuenta estas condiciones antes de reservar. Es recomendable para gente joven.

Geweldige locatie met een super host
Pros:

De locatie is super centraal op steenworp afstand van Santa Lucia heuvel. Victor (de eigenaar) is fantastisch en enorm behulpzaam met info over de buurt en bezienswaardigheden.
Je kan gebruik maken van de woonkamer, de keuken en het enorm dakterras (met prachtig uitzicht)

Cons:

Het huis is wat gedateerd, evenals de vloer in de slaapkamer.

Local excelente, ao lado da estação do metrô, com vista para o Cerro Santa Lucia, Sky Costanera e cordilheira. Apto confortável, cozinha bem equipada e um terraço bastante aconchegante. O Sr Victor é muito simpático, acolhe a todos muito bem, a recepção não poderia ser melhor. Ótimo custo benefício! Será nossa hospedagem na próxima vez em Santiago.

Fantastic views and great owner
Pros:

What a great location with a giant patio overlooking Santa Lucía Hill, with snow-tipped Andies to the east and a gorgeous sunset to the west. I met the owner and the neighbor - both wonderful - and other travelers, all of us heading to Rapa Nui :)

Estuve muy poquito pero fue una estadía increíble, definitivamente voy a volver muy pronto

La ubicación, las habitaciones súper cómodas y todo muy limpio, el dueño súper preocupado de q todos tuviéramos nuestro lugar en el alojamiento disponía de café y azúcar hervidor para tomar desayuno y nuestras propias tazas platos y cucharas en cada cajón según habitación, el dueño extremadamente amable un señor muy educado y fue un gusto poder conocerlo y charlar con el, la terraza envidiable enormeeeee, y la vista a el cerro y la cercanía al cerro hermoso definitivamente amé el lugar, me he quedado en muchos lugares en Santiago pero definitivamente este lugar tenía algo especial, te daba esa vibra de experimentar el cómo vivía la gente en Santiago. El metro estaba en la entrada de la puerta.

房東人很好，雖然75歲了，但房子有請人打掃，很乾淨，還會帶你去換鈔或者跟他換

最讓人詬病就是洗澡熱水，使用要跟洗臉盆的水龍頭一起打開熱水，要過一段時間才有熱水，非一打開就有熱水，老爸就喊他洗時都沒熱水，我跟老媽洗有，大概老爸已經把不熱的熱水全洗光了，希望改善這要等很久的熱水狀況，房間比較小，三人房的底下滑動床鋪睡的不是很舒服，還有建議直接給每人一條棉被比較保暖，尤其冬天，八月是智利冬天，晚上很冷的，三人房不建議太大隻的人入住，浴室會很難轉身，浴室很小，馬桶也不大，若您體重很重，可能把馬桶坐壞

Victor è un host fantastico. Posizione eccellente. Bellissima la terrazza

Cons:

La struttura non è pulitissima, il bagno é molto piccolo e si fa fatica a muoversi. L’acqua era appena tiepida. Per una sola notte è passabile ma non lo consiglierei per un lungo soggiorno, sebbene Victor sia molto cortese.
