Obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Miły i kontaktowy właściciel. Zadbane otoczenie willi.
Brak klimatyzacji. Wprawdzie w opisie jej nie było, ale w trakcie upałów (a nigdy nie wiadomo jaka będzie pogoda w Tatrach) w nagrzanych, wyłożonych drewnem pokojach było przerażająco duszno. Nie pomagało otwieranie okien i drzwi - na poddaszu w tej sytuacji jest bardzo gorąco. Nie można spać, odpocząć w ciągu dnia.
