Pros:

Very friendly and attentive owner.
She carried our suitcase to the third floor where our room was.
She adviced us about spots to see and eat. Although, it was all in Chinese.

Cons:

The room door lock did not work consistently. Anyone could have come in and we suspect somebody did.
When it came time, for us to check in we didn't have a password or key but the landlady showed up soon so it wasn't a bad wait

樓下就是超商，十分方便，也有露臺可以提供休憩，雖然沒有景觀但環境可以算是十分愜意；可提供寄放行李服務，工作人員十分親切有禮。

Cons:

It took some time to find the entrance, because the hotel is above the 7 eleven. But that also means you have a 7 eleven realy close by :)
