Porque se me quería otorgar una habitación sin los servicios de regadera y baño , porque eran compartidos .

The most-central location in Zipolite -- EVERYTHING is right outside of your window. You can to the beach, barefeet, in a minute. The host/staff are amazingly kind. The bed is luxurious. The room was very large, with a lovely balcony. The water in the shower has a good flow, and is never cold (even though there is no hot water, but believe me, you will never want to have hot water in Zipolite!).

El personal súper amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy amplias, bien ventiladas. La ubicación es excelente en la calle principal de Zipolite y a una cuadra de la playa caminando.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Zimmer und toller Außenbereich in dem man sitzen und Vögel und Eichhörnchen beobachten kann. Aufgrund der vielen Pflanzen ist es im Patio schön kühl

We loved our stay at MareaViva! The location was very central and close to everything. The staff very nice and attentive. The fans were sufficient to keep us cool in the nigh and the spacious kingsize bed was a nice bonus. We saw some other people complaining about the night the birds in their reviews, but honestly we considered that part of the ambience and their funny squacks made us giggle if they happened to wake us up. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper or easily annoyed. Would definitely stay here again when we return!

Great location in the middle of everything, room is beautiful, Elvia is very nice and helpful, and you feel safe and comfortable. Everything was great!

Very well stuffed outside kitchen on your balcony, that was fantastic. Confi Beds and really nice owners. Big room with enough space.

Killer location close to the beach and many restaurants. Pleasant staff, clean facilities. Mosquito nets around the bed were a great touch.

It is honestly the most magical, serene place starting from the minute you walk through those lovely green gates. The garden is like your own personal jungle with beautiful flowers, lots of little tables + chairs to have your coffee in the morning & the occasional iguana! Also, don’t miss Latta, the super chill cat who enjoys all the pets 🥹
I booked us the Superior Room & 10000% recommend; you won’t regret spending a little more to get the best room in the house - it is huge & cool for the most part, with lots of light, a beautiful balcony & a hammock to relax in. A mosquito net around the bed is super helpful & the light falling over the bed during the evening is beautiful.
The location is quite literally perfect & the interiors are gorgeous; also, every little thing you could think of is accounted for - towels/face towels/little soaps, SO clean, an extension lead (!), & of course the most useful little refrigerator in the room. Genuinely my dream room & I wish we could’ve stayed forever!!!
Last but not least (& most importantly); Elvia is the absolute BEST. From the minute we arrived, anything we needed she sorted for us, including when there was an issue with the wifi & shower. She would also regularly check if we needed anything extra but at the same time we felt like we had so much privacy to enjoy a tranquil stay. We could not have asked for more wonderful customer service & feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful time at Marea Viva - this is honestly due to her incredible work. THANK YOU ELVIA!!! We will be back 🩷

There are many different lighting options in the rooms. They are comfortable and ambient. The location is excellent and the property has a private garden.
