The hosts are most helpful and considerate (eg placing milk in the fridge, and troubling themselves to get local bus information). The room itself is a comfortable, stylish niche near the centre of a beautiful and dynamic town.
Nothing, really. As other reviewers note, the stairs down to the premises could daunt anyone with a very heavy bag; and if the hosts had not been so kind as to insist on coming to show me the way, it would have puzzled me. As it was, these quirks were part of the fun.

Just be aware of many steps to access the apartment. I have mobility issues & use a walking stick, but managed, but less abled may struggle.
The property is like home from home.Compact and bijou but everything thing included is thought through with attention to detail.Valarie and Phil are fantastic hosts and we really had a lovely comfortable stay.Centrally located so easy to visit all that Dartmouth has to offer.We will return and would highly recommend

The location was very convenient to the centre of Dartmouth and the hosts could not have been more helpful in making sure that I could find the place easily. The room was exceptionally clean and pleasant. It had all that I needed to have an enjoyable stay and it all felt very luxurious.

Valerie was an excellent welcoming host. The place, although small as advertised,, is beautifully decorated with everything you could need for a stay. The location is superb. Would highly recommend.
