Did I mention the pool and jakuzzi?
Pros:

Honestly this place was such a lovely surprise for me. I didn't expect much from it, I just needed a place close to the airport but we enjoyed it so much, we spent most of our time here.

The rooms were comfortable, bathroom great, massive living room and well equipped kithcen. The balcony was incredible with views over the airport and the sea and of course the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. Cute little bar 4 minutes away and a supermarket about 10 minutes on foot.

Shoutout to staff as well, the lady working there was very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to linger a bit after checkout time and helped us out with calling a taxi.

I'm not sure why this place is rated so low. Everything was great. We didn't see any bugs or cockroaches mentioned by other reviews. Everything was very clean. The pool and jakuzzi was cleaned when we were there so they definitely care about it.

I recommend staying here. Unbeatable value.

Decepción y falta de limpieza/mantenimiento

No quiero sonar excesivamente crítica, pero ha sido uno de los peores alojamientos en el que me he quedado en mucho tiempo. La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear: hormigas, utensilios sucios tanto en la cocina como en el exterior y, durante la última noche, cucarachas por toda la cocina, incluso saliendo del lavavajillas. Si esto hubiera ocurrido la primera noche, nos habríamos ido del alojamiento.

A esto se sumó que las 2 últimas noches nos quedamos sin agua corriente. Se nos indicó que era un problema general del proveedor y entendemos que podía estar fuera del control del alojamiento, pero la realidad es que no podíamos ducharnos, lavarnos los dientes ni hacer cosas básicas y no se nos dio ninguna solución o alternativa.

Además, hay varios problemas de mantenimiento: la puerta de entrada se bloquea, la ducha pierde agua y el lavabo se atasca.

Demasiados problemas de higiene, mantenimiento y servicios básicos para considerar aceptable un alojamiento turístico.

Las vistas y la facilidad para aparcar

Falta ventilar la habitación y poder abrir la ventana del baño para que se ventile toda la habitación y poner remedios a las hormigas sería acertado

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente in una posizione strategica per visitare l’intera isola (a 10 min. dall’aeroporto, necessaria però l’auto). Camera pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario (comprese macchina del caffè con cialde e bollitore elettrico). Host gentile e disponibile nel darmi tutte le indicazioni in tempo.

Cons:

Nonostante l’host mi abbia fornito le informazioni per il WI-FI, in camera non prendeva la connessione: non un grande problema per chi sta fuori tutto il giorno a visitare.

Muchas cosas que mejorar
Pros:

La cercanía con el aeropuerto y con todas las zonas para visitar ya que tiene una ubicación ideal para visitar todas las zonas de la isla. La habitación bueno aceptable, dormimos bien.

Cons:

Pues empezaría en primer lugar porque el alojamiento JAMÁS SE CIERRA, es decir, puede entrar quien quiera y robar o alojarse sin problemas. Luego escribí en varias ocasiones pidiendo cambio de toallas incluso indicándoles que ya había llegado y no me atendían. La habitación tenía una ventana pequeña y estaba llena de humedad. Además, de hormigas y otros bichos en la nevera y en el armario. NO TIENEN PISCINA, es decir si la tienen pero está cerrada y no nos pudimos meter y con el jacuzzi igual, no se puede utilizar. Por lo tanto, me parece un precio excesivo y que no puede ofrecer cosas que no tiene disponible para los clientes que se alojan. Una pena porque la casa tiene buenísimas vistas y la ubicación ideal pero por ese tipo de cosas no volvería a alojarme allí

Me he sentido como en casa.
Pros:

No podría enumerarlo todo, pero lo recomiendo. Muy bien si quieres desconectar, tener una casa espaciosa y completamente equipada. No faltaba de nada. La piscina climatizada es todo un lujo. La cocina enorme y bien equipada. Espacio de sobra para aparcar. La anfitriona es un amor. Un trato maravilloso. Volveré!!!

Cons:

Mejoraría tener a mano escoba, recogedor y fregona. Por facilitar la limpieza de la habitación dado que se llega con arena de la playa o se moja el suelo al ducharse. Algunos días estaba, pero otros días no encontré. Es un pequeño detalle que, para muchos, puede ser algo interesante o insignificante.
