Pros:

Aquest apartament-estudi és gran i té de tot. Està a una zona residencial tranquila i hi ha aparcament gratuït al carrer. Està ubicat aprop de Münster i altres destinacions d'interès. La relació qualitat-preu és òptima.

Cons:

Llàstima que el jardí que hi ha al
darrera la casa estigui fet un nyap i sigui impracticable. Guanyaria molt l'estada.
D'altra banda els coberts i vaixella s'han de netejar. Eren bruts a la meva arribada. Els hostes que vinguin després de mi se'ls trobaran ben nets però.

Cons:

Im Zimmer herrschte eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit; die Möbel waren so stark mit Feuchtigkeit durchtränkt, dass ich krank wurde und aufgrund des Schimmels und des Schimmelgeruchs eine ganze Woche lang krank blieb.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Appartement war ruhig. Nur das Bett knarrte wie ein alter Kahn.

Cons:

Der Schimmelgeruch im Hauflur und das knarrende Bett.

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter
Zu meinem Pech war ausgerechnet bei meiner Ankunft die ganze Gegend wegen einer Bombenentschärfung gesperrt. Der Vermieter hielt mich über den Stand der Arbeiten auf dem Laufenden und holte mich in der Sammelunterkunft ab.

Cons:

Die Gegend ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel, aber etwas weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, mit dem Auto oder Rad kein großes Problem
