Prima plek, slapen met oordoppen.
Pros:

Grote kamer met prima bed. Goed ingerichte keuken met alle voorzieningen. Wasmachine kwam ook goed van pas. Na uitchecken kun je bagage in opslag zetten. Ook erg fijn.

Cons:

Slapen met raam open zonder oordoppen is onmogelijk. Bussen stoppen nog net niet ín de kamer. Met oordoppen is het goed te doen. 1 gedeeld toilet in de badkamer is aan de krappe kant als alle vier de kamers bezet zijn.

Super unkompliziert - beim näachsten Aufenthalt wieder!
Pros:

Sehr liebevoll und modern, dabei aber zweckmäßig. Sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden. Gastgeber reagieren sofort auf Anfragen und sind sehr hilfsbereit!

Im Großen und Ganzem waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht. Für einen Kurzurlaub in Meran (wir hatten für drei Nächte gebucht) ist das Zimmer ideal, in der Stadtmitte gelegen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gleich in der Nähe. Die Gemeinschafträume ( Küche, Aufenthaltsräume und Gemeinschaftsbad) waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist mit allem reichlich ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Ganz herzlich möchten wir uns auch beim Service bedanken, welcher stets hilfsbereit und freundlich war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat leider keine Klimaanlage und bei der Hitze die zum Reisezeitpunkt in Meran herrschte war es im Zimmer doch recht warm.
Der Ventilator im Zimmer hat etwas Linderung geschaffen.
Der Hauseigene Parkplatz ist wirklich nur für kleinere Autos erreichbar, da die Gasse sehr eng ist.

Top Lage! Das Zimmer ist mit hochwertigen und stylischen Möbeln ausgestattet was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei diesem 1a Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Jederzeit wieder, einfach super!
Pros:

Mein Mann & ich waren schon das Zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft.
Für uns perfekt für einen Kurztrip.
Alles sehr sauber & die Küchenausstattung ebenfalls super.
Ebenfalls ein großes Lob an den Support, die Betreiber melden sich umgehend schriftlich, z. B. über WhatsApp, zurück.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super gelegen im Zentrum Merans, 2min zu Fuß zur Promenade und Therme, Busse fahren direkt unten an der Straße oder um die Ecke, Restaurants, Cafés alles in direkter Umgebung !

Der Aufenthalt hat mir aber sehr gefallen
Pros:

In der Unterkunft war alles reichlich vorhanden. Alles sehr ordentlich. Im Zimmer würde ich vielleicht noch ein schönes Bild anbringen. Das Bett war hervorragend.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn es ein seperates WC geben würde. Bei 4 Zimmern kommt man bei Belegung des Bad zum Bedrängnis.

Il bagno condiviso è assolutamente insufficiente per il numero di persone che lo debbono usare. Inoltre è poco e male attrezzato.
