Having to share a single bathroom and kitchen with other clients, bathroom v poor no lock on the door small shower fitting broken. Very very expensive for what we had, no air con, substandard lift.

El wifi no funcionó y nunca fueron a revisarlo los encargados, adicionalme una madrugada nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación y no supimos quien fue.

Très énervé que cette réservation soit une colocation. On a été surpris d'avoir 2 autres personnes dans cet appartement. Très cher pour une colocation. Emplacement en plein centre ville.Difficile pour se garer.Il était stipulé lors de ma réservation qu'il y aurait un parking dans le bâtiment mais rien de ça.On mange debout car pas de chaises dans la cuisine. Jamais je n'aurai payé même pas 60 euros pour cette colocation si je l'aurai su alors que j'ai dépense 150 euros.C'est de l'arnaque !!!!!!!!.
La ubicación inmejorable, de allí puedes ir andando a gran parte de los lugares por ver en Valencia. La atención fue inmediata y oportuna. 10/10. Buena relación calidad precio si estarás más tiempo fuera que en el alojamiento, luego dentro tienes lo necesario para descansar, guardar tu equipaje, la entrada es independiente. También tiene una cocina para preparar algún alimento sencillo que no utilice pero está ideal. El baño al ser compartido quizás podrían poner normas de uso para mantenerlo un poco más limpio y agregar aromatizantes, y en general detalles para que no se vea tan sobrio.

Roberto provided easy access instructions. The facilities were clean and tidy. The apartment is well situated for North West section of city (botanical gardens) , a short walk to nearest metro and a pleasant stroll to the central market area
The induction hob needs some instructions (the cleaner helped me). There wasn't a corkscrew in the otherwise well stocked kitchen. Bought one and left it...problem solved (drink problem?....El vino español es sabroso.).

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Zona immediatamente vicina al centro storico, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici per aeroporto e spiagge, come Malvarosa.
Struttura pulita, parzialmente rinnovata. Pareti imbiancate. Cucina nuova. Efficienza nella gestione. Attenzione e premura del referente Roberto.
La struttura è solo parzialmente rinnovata, alcuni aspetti sono da migliorare. I vecchi infissi interni sono da sostituire: porte interne fatiscenti. Mobilio della stanza da buttare, ma letto pulito, materasso seminuovo da una piazza e mezzo.
L'aspetto che mi ha meno convinto è stata la convivenza con una invadente famiglia franco boliviana: le famiglie occupano gli appartamenti manu militari, e tu, viaggiatore singolo, diventi loro ospite. Fanno ciò che vogliono i gruppi famigliari o amicali, rumore e totale occupazione degli spazi comuni. Purtroppo so per esperienza che negli appartamenti succede così.
