Great stay for our family!!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and peaceful. The staff was very kind and accommodating. It was easy to get to from the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Venice stay
Pros:

Stunning location. I forgot what the property looked like as I had booked it months in advance. And I was not disappointed. The view was absolutely beautiful and the property was clean and well kept. Good location with a water taxi stop right in front. But also good location for walking to other neighborhoods.

Cons:

The owners were helpful and offered hot beverages in the morning for free and a fridge with drinks that could be purchased. Bed was very comfortable and the AC was powerful for the approaching summer heat. Everything was great.

Perfect in every way!! We were spoiled and wish we didnt booked another hotel in the city.
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable..the staff was very helpful..location was quite and perfect. Close enough to walk places but not congested..went to eat at "Very Good" Restaurant it
was awesome.. went to Burano by water vaporetta and it was easy..had a steak from across canal that was great

Cons:

I had booked another room at Royal San Marco and we had to leave and it didnt compare to how great Venezia Canal View..

Room was on the 2nd floor and was cute and was a good size for a family to share. We loved the view from our window. They always had coffee in the lobby and food and drinks to purchase if needed. Good spot to watch the sun set. It was a bit far from all our tours. Which was fine because the hostess was able to direct us to the Waterbus which was nearby and we were able to get around Venice. And hotel was only 12 minutes from the train station. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Only that it rained during our stay here and we weren't able to walk around like he'd hoped.

We had a very pleasant stay! I recommend this hotel for a nice and cozy stay.
Pros:

I took my parents to Venice for a couple of days and stayed in the large ground family room! The place was very spacious and the owners were very kind! They spoke Spanish which was even better! The location was away from the busy areas which was perfect and it’s right in front of a water bus station incase we didn’t want to walk to the popular spots! It’s right by a beautiful canal with nice restaurants spots. I definitely recommend staying here if you wanna stay close to the train station and away from the busy areas!
