A haven of peace and tranquility
Pros:

This is a beautiful property, literally a home from home.
Being next to a small weir run, the sound of a soft water flow drifts you to relaxation. On a wonderful private terrace. Richard & Denise go beyond for attention to detail and a warm family welcome. Not to mention the, best breakfasts ever had from B&B, knocks spots of any hotel!!!

Wow wow wow do not miss out on this little gem!!!
Pros:

If we could have rated more than 10 we would have. Absolutely loved our stay, so welcoming, friendly and the property was a wow. It was more than expected. Food was incredible and our room perfect.

A riverside haven with breakfast fit for royalty.
Pros:

The location was beautiful, right by the river and pretty gardens. Our hosts, Denise and Richard were extremely welcoming and friendly. The house is gorgeous and lovingly renovated. We had our own lounge/breakfast room downstairs (with a bathroom) and the bedroom upstairs (with another bathroom). I loved the roof terrace. It was exceptionally clean and well presented, with a comfy bed, bathroom products and quality linens. Tea, coffee, treats and a little fridge in the room were much appreciated. The outstanding feature was Denise's breakfasts - 5* meals and presentation of wholesome, nutritious and delicious foods. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say. Just a warning that the lanes leading to the house are narrow and the last bit is not tarmaced, so drive slowly. Keep going as it's a little further down the lane than you might think and you will loose your phone signal for a moment!

Simply first class, stunning and wonderful hospitality
Pros:

This property is beautiful and overlooks the river Tamar. It is immaculate and spotless.The hospitality provided is first class and goes above and beyond. Anything you would potentially need is on hand and the hosts are very welcoming and make you feel like family. The breakfast is truly exceptional and we cannot recommend this property enough! We will definitely return.
